Good service but one night I was craving the flame and I checked to see what time they close, it had said they close at 9 and I literally went @ 8;36pm and they had already turned off the open sign and were cleaning up. I don’t know about this place but from what I know from my own personal experience about working in these kinds of places or any job in general, you can’t ever close until your actual scheduled hours say. So I would gladly appreciate it if they would close when they say they do and not earlier when they feel like it. I love flame and want to continue being a customer, not rushed or worried about them being closed when they’re not supposed to!!!

ZEROZEROZERO!!! So upset with the free bowl that I got… SMH why even offer a free bowl program when you give old meat that’s undercooked, smaller portion and old broccoli?! My boyfriend bought a plate and got a free bowl to go. The regular plate that was bought tasted fine, but the free one was a small portion with old food. I’m an avid flame broiler customer but this LOCATIONSUCKS! Check your to go order Cheap stakes! Free bowl program with 5 star is a joke! BADFRANCHISE!!! Needs new management The Riverside Franchises that offers free stamp cards are best by far. Food is always fresh and locations are clean.

Most ghetto flame broiler ever! The receptacles were you get the source were filthy and the floor as well. Smelled burnt on the way in. They don’t take phone orders for pick up which is ridiculous to me, apparently the reason is because they don’t get picked up which just screams bad management and practices! I love flame broiler but I think I rather go to the one located in Menifee even thought it’s a bit out the way! I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location anytime soon.

I actually enjoy flame broiler very much, but at this particular location my chicken tends to be over cooked and very dry. I have ordered the vegetable chicken bowl three times at this location and I have been disappointed each time. I think they can use a new cook or something.

This is one of the better Flame Broiler locations in Moreno Valley besides the one in Murrieta. The clerk let me know that my order was ready without me having to listen for the order number. She asked me if I wanted the chili sauce. I was wondering if they have one with seeds in them. She gave me a couple tubs of it and let me know to ask for more if I needed it. I appreciated the great customer service here at the Moreno Valley location.

They open at 10:30 well maybe at 10:36am when we were waiting at the door. Ordered the chicken bowl and brown rice with sauce on the side. The meat was from the day before! You can totally tell the meat was dried up probably from the re heat from the night before. I’ve been here a couple times. Now I know not to come in right when they open. Let others get the old meat first! I’ll be here in the evening from now on for the fresh Carne!

Food is great, but they stopped offering sriracha a few months ago, and that’s a huge boner kill for me. They said they’re not going to ever have it again either. What’s a chicken bowl without rooster sauce? Nothin.

I order food at this restaurant about once a week. Came in tonight about 20 minutes before closing. The woman working the counter tells us that all orders must be to go because they are closed. Of course they don’t close for 20 minutes, whats up with that? It takes 10 minutes to get the food, which is no big deal, except that she got my order wrong and my bowl has this greasy dark meat instead of white meat. Not that big of a deal except that instead of correcting it she says«Well do you want to pay extra for the white meat?» Um yes, I ordered it that way the first time! OK, so she messed up the order but then instead of taking the bowl back and making it properly she charges me the price for the white meat and then when its ready just hands me a carton of white meat! Um yeah still not what i ordered. When i ask if she can make the bowl properly, she says no that other meat is yours. And of course as I am waiting two older women come in(at 8:58) and she tells them the restaurant is closed. Of course they aren’t supposed to close until 9. …clearly this cashier needs some customer service training.

Delicious! Spacious seating! Sauce bar! Fast service! Flame broiler is the best place for some teriyaki chicken and beef! Been coming here for a few years now. The new location in Moreno Valley is very convenient and easy to get to.

The food is standard for Flame Broiler. The service at this location is AWFUL. We got there about 30 minutes before they closed. The girl at the counter screwed up both of our orders. Then, while we were eating, still well before closing time, the same girl that had been working the counter starts slamming chairs around to put them on the top of the tables, to the point where we couldn’t really talk. And we still finished our food and were out by 9. I don’t really leave bad reviews, but this was particularly bad, and I see I’m not the only one who’s had the same problems. It should really be addressed by management. We won’t be back anytime soon.

The Flame Broiler is new in the city of Moreno Valley, and I have had the opportunity to eat here three times. The chicken and beef are both very good, and you can tasted the grilled flavor. Each time my order had only a few green onions, but upon request, the server provided a side dish for free. The serving containers are a bit deceiving, and it appears you do not get much for the prices they charge. Don’t be alarmed, the bowl is deeper than it looks. Overall, it is more expensive than some fast food restaurants, but it is worth the healthier alternative. In regards to the servers, the ones who took my order were efficient and friendly. I was in and out with my hot piping snack within a few minutes. So far, the restaurant remains in great condition; the soda area and the tables are very clean.

My last two visits weren’t up to par. When this place first opened, They were super quick and food tasted great. Now they take forever to make your food. I had a chicken bowl with white rice today, The rice was still half cooked. I think the owner needs more training from corporate to bring it up to par of the other restaurants.

Food was hot, fresh, and you could actually taste the flames that broiled through my chicken! Lol! Great protein and veggies after a workout!

I just visited this flame broiler for the first time, the place was fairly clean, the service was ok. But: The prices at this flame broiler are higher than the ones in Corona/Riverside. The portions of food you get is less compared to the ones is Corona/Riverside. Unfortunately I live in MoVal and I will be visiting this Flame Broiler more often, but if you are around Corona(Mckinley/Ontario) or Riverside(Tyler mall) you’ll get more food for your money.

Great to see a Flame Broiler close by and in a great location. Friendly staff and helpful with indecisive customers. Even the cooks came out to say«hello and welcome». Food was great as alway at these places, but only complaint I had is that at this establishment, the veggies are cut way small. Normally they are cut big(Normandy Style). Another reason I didn’t give it a perfect rate is that bottles of the hot sauce and magic sauce are not provided if you are not dining in. You are forced to waste the little cups. Plus they do not have the chunky garlic Saracha sauce that almost every FB I’ve been to has. I loved it

This is for people who want to eat healthier BUT still need plenty of animal protein! Anyway, I got the regular rice bowl w/half & half meat(chicken and angus beef). It is the best bowl by far b/c you get to try both meats in one sitting. BTW, no skin on chicken — check. Tip: request extra green onions for your bowl… at no additional cost. They have mini bowls for those who eat like a bird. Then they have actual plates for those who eat more like Big Bird. You have a choice of white rice or brown rice. I’m one of those people that can eat brown rice any day — you get more value for your money that way, as brown rice is more nutrient-dense and has fiber. But if I give brown rice to my 3 year-old daughter, she will spit it out within 2 seconds. Let’s just say it’s not for everyone! I like the(self-serve) teriyaki sauce b/c it’s not sweet at all. They actually call this the«magic sauce»… BUT, it would be TRULY magic in my book if it would make the calories disappear from my bowl. True or true? They claim NOT to use the following: added MSG(it will kill more brain cells than your alcohol drink), high fructose corn syrup(HFCS), or trans fat. Also, no dairy for those who are allergic to it. PROS: ~grilled & tasty ~Add bulk(fiber) to your food w/the BROWNRICEOPTION ~none of the harmful crap(MSG, HFCS, etc.) ~mini bowl option for kids(if you don’t feel like sharing!) ~I actually get full w/just the regular bowl — esp when I order it w/brown rice(it looks kinda small at first, but it is surprisingly filling) CON: ~the regular bowl is already $ 6.70(w/tax). Healthy don’t come cheap, but it still makes for a good lunch.

Yay! They finally made it to Moreno Valley! Went earlier today got the works plate for $ 7.51. Got a free drink too. When I got home to eat it I was a lil disappointed only because the salad didn’t come with the super delish sauce that comes with it. They forgot to put it. Other than that it was great. Friendly customer service as always!
