Steve charged $ 400 to fix our heating unit.
The unit was not fixed.
He disappeared for a number of weeks, not returning calls or emails.
After one month, we got someone else to fix it.
He promised to return our money: he never did.
We are taking him to court.

Hired to check air conditioner that was not cooling. After several «fixes» we still have an air conditioner that doesn’t work and we are out the $ 900 he charged us. Several calls and no response. Still waiting for answers concerning our refund.
