I occasionally stop by here after work but after tonight. I will not be back. I order the orange chicken, which up until tonight was pretty good. I placed my order in drive thru, went home, started eating and part way thru the rest was burned. They turned the burnt side down. I guess hoping I wouldn’t notice. If it’s burned DONTSELLIT!

This was my first time eating here at this specific yoshi. I haven’t been to one in over a year(mostly because I have gotten food poisoning from their chicken). After this visit I will never go to a yoshi’s AGAIN! I got a chicken combo and the chicken wasn’t that bad until I found WORDS yes actual TEXT on my chicken skin. They apparently cooked the chicken with pieces of a plastic bag that had writing on it! I immediately felt sick to my stomach and regret going here. Please think twice before you eat here. By far my worst experience at any eating establishment!!!

Was absolutely gross! Now I usually am not this dramatic so I have to be really offended to say this. Walked into their Resturant and tried to use the restroom. It was so unacceptable, I could not use it! Did not bother to order, since who knows how sanitary the food prep was going to be? Clean bathroom shows they care, why risk your health. Love Yoshinoya food normally, just can’t eat in such a disgusting filthy Resturant, reminds me of the type of third word sewers one would see in Mumbai India.

Tried this location because it’s been awhile. Got a combo bowl(beef & their new orange chicken.) The best thing about this bowl was the rice & teriyaki sauce! Under the sauce, the orange chicken was dry &OLD! Stopped eating after the 2nd piece…

We usually eat here once a month and everytime it’s been really good but today the food was horrible. The broccoli was brown and soft and the rice was very hard. The only good thing was the chicken today

I’m sitting in drive thru, took 10 mins for them to take my order. And I still haven’t even received my food! There are only 2 other cars infront of me and the first car hasn’t even gotten their food either. Drive thru is supposed to be fast, not take 30 mins. Never coming here again. And I’m not accepting the food when they give it to me.

Unfortunately, after almost 10 years of coming to this location a few times a month, it had to end today. With the current worthy competition mushrooming up in the area, Yoshinoya may want to rethink their policy when they make a mistake on an order. One of the worst inconveniences of ordering takeout is to arrive home to find the order wrong and being asked to drive it all the way back to have it resolved. That should be at the customers’ convenience of when they choose to waste more time and gas to get their meal done right. I arrive in the drive thru at 3:16 pm #198 and was excited that they are fearuring orange chicken as a new item. Of course I eagerly ordered it when Frank, the general manager offered it. I was hoping that my two guys would love it enough to where I would not have to drive to 2 different places after a long day when drive thru takeout is all I have energy for a dinner option. I live about 15 minutes away without traffic. I did not get home until almost 4 pm. After a long day at a marathon, I had a lot of items to unload. I open the containers to find that half of my order was wrong. I check the receipt-Frank had typed 2 large chicken bowls instead of orange chicken. I immediately call and was told by an Asian employee with an accent that I had to bring the food back. I reminded him that I am a long time customer and this would inconvenience me as I have a young son. He insisted that it was policy and asked me to bring it back. I informed him that since this mistake of theirs could not be resolved without inconveniencing my time and gas, that they had just lost a customer. He just said«okay». I drove in traffic and left half of the dinner home to grow cold. I get into the drive thru behind two cars and Diana had the nerve to ask if I wanted to go inside instead. There were two cars behind me and in front of me, why would I waste anymore time??? I get to the window and hand her the food and she tells me to wait while she took this other long order. I continue to hand the bag of food to the window the entire long order while trying my best to hold my composure. Then she asked me for the drink. Seriously people, what are you going to do with the returned food anyways? I again asked for my refund for just the returned items. She offers it to me in cash and said she hopes I return. Yeah, maybe if the issue was handled differently. Most businesses would much rather keep a customer’s business than cause them to be inconvenienced for their mistake and having to throw the food away and lose money. Not a smart move. I went to look elsewhere for orange chicken for my son’s dinner and will probably not be returning to a Yoshinoya anytime soon, probably after they have removed the item from their menu. But as for this location, never again due to disappointment with the way they handle their mistakes. There was heavy traffic on my way home so I got home around 5pm. In the time it took me to go through all this, I could have just found the energy to cook my own family meal.

I would give it NOSTARS! Very dirty and bad service. While I was waiting for food a customer complained they found hair in their food. Instead of taking care of issue worker said that’s not my hair and yelled to worker in the back«is this your hair» Yes they said that! Then worker kept saying well thats not our hair. I didn’t stay to find out rest… Left my order which wasn’t much because I figured by the time I get my refund it would of have been forever. The dining area was very dirty! Hope the can change.

I was here last Saturday, as soon as a walked in, I knew I was in for a surprise. It smells like vinegar and clorox. Place looks old, tables are sticky. The menu is short, less than 10 items. I ordered the beef and chicken combo with rice and vegetables. Vegetables most likely come from a frozen bag, they were tasteless and watery. The beef I got, looked more like beef fat. It’s tasteless, the food does not have any seasoning. Chicken was overcooked and dry. There was nothing appetizing about the food at this location, everything is prepackaged and I don’t believe any food here is freshly prepared. I would not recommend it. The only food that comes close to the taste are MREs…

I love Yosi but this location blows because the staff SUCKS!!! They are rude at times, their response time is horrible, and the quality of service and food has dropped immensely. Sad to say but I would rather drive to Madison St then this one!

I’ve been loving Yoshinoya but then the BIGTURNOFF is that I saw a fly on my beef bowl. This is the only Yoshinoya branch that made me not go back to Yoshinoya anymore. THANKYOUVERYMUCH

I like the food, but they have the worst costumer service! The woman in the drive thru, was on her cell phone for a long time, we waited for a good 15 minutes, before she even acknowledge us, they are rude and need to learn some costumer service skills!

I love this place. I drive from Indio to come to the one in Mo Val. This is the closest one. My favorite fast food place. Combo bowl is the best beef, chicken, veggies over rice.

I’m writing this review from the toilet :( Haven’t been to Yoshinoya in a long time and was really excited. Me and my boyfriend both got a large teriyaki chicken plate. The food was really good, but when we got home we both started experiencing gas and stomach pain. And then started the runs… It’s been a good 25 minutes now that I’ve been on the toilet… won’t return to Yoshinoya.

Talk about fat rude blonde! Someone needs to regulate their customer service cuz if not, I will! First she starts being rude to me over the speaker as I try to order my food, I ask for a mgr and she says she dont have one. As I pull up… Yeah, where’d you go? Hide, had to tell your little coworker to attend me cause you know I was gonna let you have it! I will report you and you better believe I’ll be back.

I stopped coming here for about 2−3yrs basically when they changed the menu and added sesame seeds, green onions and less teriyaki sauce. I use to come to this place religiously because I enjoy the food. It is located in a secluded shopping center where only moval people know where it is haha. But recently I walked in there telling the guy that took my order that I wanted the original chicken bowl with none of the other ingredients and extra sauce like back in the day… and bam it was done! Then once again I became a happy camper. ****don’t forget to sign up to their«bowl club» you get a buy one bowl and get another bowl free and coupons and stuff.
