LUNCH TIME WINNER!
I purchased the 4 wing and a biscuit and it was FRESH, GOOD, and the biscuit was moist.
I have been having problems with other KFC’s because the biscuits are never fresh and taste old.
Service was great too.

So I’m super excited about my KFC right because I love KFC. However, I don’t understand why we would get charged for four KFC bowls when I ordered two. Then we ordered a lot of food, which included six (6) biscuits and asked for honey. I don’t know how big she thought the packet of honey was but it most definitely doesn’t cover six biscuits. Common sense would tell you six biscuits need more than one pack of honey but apparently it’s not common sense for everyone since I ordered a whole meal of wings and got one pack of the ranch I asked for. Wings were good though… that’s why they got an extra star. Cooks did a great job but the other service sucks big time.

I wanted to provide an updated review as I mentioned before there seemed to be an issue with having chicken available, since then I’ve gone back twice and it was a quick in and out even they drive thru which surprised me. The owner reached out to me after posting my review and I appreciate him taking the time to remedy the situation with that being said I felt he handled my complaint in the appropriate manner. It pays to speak out and make them aware of these things you’d be surprised how they actually do appreciate the feedback.

Went last week there so damn slow almost fell asleep in drive threw old white lady is rude as fuck an gave me 1 fucking sauce with popcorn chicken meal an said i couldnt have another what the fuck am i suppouse to do with 1 sauce i had to ask for my money back after sitting in that half an hr slow ass drive threw this place needs to be cloosed down horrible service i will drive all the way from sunnymead ranch to iris st to POPEYES for now on i dont know how this place is still in business

This store has received bad reviews for b.s. reasons. For example a few people rated them with one star because they would not accept coupons from Unilocal.Ii went there today and was warmly greeted by the staff, prior to ordering I looked around and found the tables, floors, and restrooms where clean so I decided to try the food. I ordered and received my food in less than 5 minuets and it tasted great! The only reason why they did not get 5 stars is because they charge .49 cents to use a card. Other than that great service and food

BEWARE!!! Read the sign in the drive threw .Be careful they are running a scam they tell you they charge .49 onto the total but if you pay cash or credit card the discount the order .49​.so when you tell them you want to pay credit they tell you the machine won’t let them run it as credit only debit .then check your receipts the itemized one says that you paid with cash exact change and the second recipt charges you the .49 Extra. just a warning. How many people have they scamed over the years doing this.

Low ratings, huh? What could it mean?
In a depressed area of Moreno Valley, 1 mile from March Air Force Base, besides for a tire shop, gas station, and a donut shop — it’s situated next to a down and out mall and a boarded up Arby’s. This is a fairly new KFC, literally, a light in the darkness.
Employees exhibited minimal customer service skills, and an order of 10 chicken bites were not ready; 5 – 10 minutes. When I got them for my drive in the car back to LA, they were really juicy and slightly undone.
I am pretty certain that KFC is better than this in nearly every way.

This has to be the worst place ever. I’ve been here many times I’ve been disappointed many times I came here Saturday night and they have no chicken really that is what you do and you can’t even do that. Kentucky Fried Chicken only has grilled chicken on Saturday night they have no fried chicken well I guess I’m done with this place.

What can I say it’s fast food. All the food was bland nothing too good. I waited In the drive thru for 10 min with only one person in front of me for fast food. The working was very nice.

This KFC is the worst one we’ve ever been to. Every time we place an order, they either do not have what we ordered and had to wait for it. We ordered a 6 piece value meal, half boneless as advertised, with a large drink, Sweet Tea. Their sweet tea wasn’t sweet, it was regular tea. When we inquired about it, they just said sorry and walked away. This is our third trip, and this is the third time they screwed up our order. We will never be coming back to this place ever again.

I went here to get my 3 kids chicken well no so satisfied. I got the 8 piece meal but only got 6 pieces. The grilled chicken was tjw worst dry and so tiny it was ridiculous it was like a mini piece. The service was slow and it was hot n humid. When I called to report what just had occurred the manager would refund me if I had my receipt qell too bad for me I threw it in trash on my way out!!!

Could be alot better. I’ve heard stories about this one. I’ve not been very satisfied with this one. They need to have their food fresh. If you go, make them make it right in front of you, or you’ll be sorry.
