Andre helped us remodel our house in Redwood Shores in 2013. We gutted the entire kitchen, guest bathrooms and the floors. Our timeline was 4 weeks before the lease on our rental expired and were looking for someone who could meet that timeline of renovating almost our entire house before we could move in. We spoke to 3 other contractors and everyone wanted 7 – 8 weeks to get the work done. We were so so so happy and glad to have found Andre. He was highly recommended by our realtor. Andre promised to have our kitchen and bathrooms done in 3 – 4 weeks and he got it done in 3 weeks. We had him add a gas line for a gas cooking range and also had him do recess lighting work in the entrance. We also had other ideas when he started work and he was more than happy to accommodate and work on our ideas.
We always recommend Andre to our family and friends because of his thorough professionalism and delivering on promised timelines. We could rely on him to keep us updated on the progress and give us a quick call as soon as he found issues during the renovation. His team was always very friendly and easy to interact with even when Andre wasn’t on site.

August 2014: Our offer for a fixer upper in San Carlos got accepted, and we had 3 weeks to look for a contractor (don’t have any previous experience with contractors/​remodels), figure out what needed to be done and be ready to start with the remodel as soon as we get possession of the house.
We got quotes from Andre (highly recommended by a friend who got her bathroom remodeled by him and also by a real state agent friend) and by another contractor.
CB Process Corp’s quote was lower, but also we got a great impression after talking to Andre for the first time, providing recommendations on some changes we didn’t foresee the first time, so we went with CB Process Corp
Long story short: 2 months later, after remodeling most of the house (replacing all wood panel walls with sheetrock + insulation, replacing the ceiling around the house with sheetrock + insulation, complete bathroom remodel, recessed lighting around the house, structural fixes, refinished + stained hardwood floors, new baseboards + trims around the house, etc), we moved to our new house, with the confort of knowing that we were in a safer place (reducing fire hazard risks after removing all wood panel walls) + passing all city inspections satisfactorily. I learned a lot through the process (I stopped by the house every other day, asking a lot of questions) and I’m very happy they never «cut any corners» and performed a high quality job on all areas (construction, plumbing, electrical, etc).
We have no question that we’ll continue working with Andre for any future project

CB Process remodeled our kitchen in San Francisco, in an old craftsman building, complete with multiple challenges once you start demolition and find surprises. Andre and his team handled these challenges like pros and kept us updated throughout.
The best part… their prices are competitive, quality of work is wonderful, and they are trustworthy. When receiving bids from other contractors they were the only ones that looked at our awkward space creatively (curved walls and odd angles), and provided drawings of what the remodel would look like, which really, really helped us to know they were taking our project seriously.
We liked them so much we have hired them for other projects around the house since.
