Call them 4 times, left 4 messages, not a single call back from them. Not sire, if they are out of business or just do not want any business. I find it extremely rude, when businesses do not bother returning your phone calls. Thank God many other options around.

Marita helped us plan our «dream and long-​awaited» trip to Europe last summer. She has so many wonderful ideas and is very attentive to details. Way back when I used Christopher Travel for an Aruba trip and Marita Roth helped with the planning. Years later I am using them for a holiday trip to Jamaica and the service is just as good.
With the availability of online travel booking, travel agencies have quickly become a thing of the past, however, if you are at all like me you do things last minute… and a decent last minute peak season trip to Jamaica is virtually unable to find. That’s why I emailed the agency and she sent me some prices for three hotels and air and it included transfers to and from the airport.
Since we are traveling Christmas Eve until after New Years the prices that she came up with were really reasonable. Now all we have to do is pay the deposit and we are set.
Going to a travel agency saves a lot of search time and can find some very reasonable flights unlike some of the discount sites.
