RUN AWAY !!!
#1) I would think market pressure would keep all prices about the same… WRONG, they’re 3x what other shops charge… ON EVERYTHING !!!
#2) They sold me a pen vaporizer which died a couple of weeks later and they told me «Oh yes, there are problems with that model. You must buy a new one.» DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE GARBAGE WHICH THEY SELL
#3) I was stupid and purchased a new high power mod, battery, etc in order to get me up and running. Took it to another vape shop and asked the guy how to install the backup coil chrome piece and they guy said KNOCKOFF, you can’t screw it in… there are no screw threads ! He took a closer look behind the cotton and THERE WAS NO COIL in it…
F _​_​K THESE RAG H_​E_​A_​D_​S !!! ===NEVER AGAIN=== I will go to San Jose or Gilroy before returning to this place !!!

The prices are too high, and while some employees are polite and sometimes friendly there is a middle easten man there who has given me misinformation to sell me products and has an almost hostile attitude. He has no idea about customer service and has consistently lied to me, selling me E-​juice with nicotine even though i asked him multiple times to give me nicotine free, he has refused to replace it even with a receipt and unopened and has in the past lied about the quality and specifications of things to make a sale, and when he told me to pay $ 2 for a miniscule peice of plastic (mouthpiece for a vape pen) even though i had the receipt for the product and it looked like a factory defect (bubble in plastic weakened the structure) he told me i had to buy a new one. That was the last straw and they have lost me as a customer, if you see the other cashier (a woman who is quite friendly) in there id recommend a look, but if its just him then dont listen to any claims he makes without checking your facts.

Glad to say that I walked out of that place laughing at their prices. I have found some the products they carry in other stores for literally ¹⁄₃ of their sticker prices.
They don’t sample ejuices but they do offer to let you smell the juice. let me clarify that I am speaking mainly about their vape stuff.

The name of the place should be, «f@ck you, give us your money». I went in to buy a small, handheld vaporizer. Something small, easy to use, and durable. So, I chatted with a man for a little, who seemed very helpful and nice. Although, he was just saying whatever he figured I wanted to hear… I certainly get that now. So, I plop down $ 80.00 on a handheld vaporizer, thinking its a good buy since the salesman kept saying «it’s very good, and great quality». Ummmm, it broke by the third/​forth use maybe. I went back to explain the situation, (it was the next day). I mean, you can get lemon merchandise all the time, I wasn’t upset. But, it’s up to the salesperson to correct this if it happens. That was a no go. He said I bought a «very cheap item, very low quality» oh and my favorite part,“the item is disposable, it is supposed to break very quickly, now you buy another. Or better quality and it will last” That man should be very happy I was enjoying the hot cup of coffee in my hands…
I don’t recommend this place even to my enemies. Somehow, I see these people selling you ‘lemon’ rolling papers if at all possible.

I’ve been going to cigarland since i was a teenager, and its been my go-​to place for any smoking needs if I’m back in Morgan Hill. Granted, the prices aren’t great compared to what you can find in SJ or SF, but they’re comparable to everything else in the area. Their selection of actual cigars is pretty great. ZJ is a super chill dude and is willing to bend on prices if you’re a regular.

I would like to put 0 stars on this place. Huge ripoff, bought a piece that broke after using it 2 times, took it back and they offered me a dollar of a new one. Did not care at all about what happened with their crappy piece! They are way overpriced also. Drive somewhere else and get something more quality for a cheaper price! Avoid these jerks!

They have a large selection and a large attitude to go along with it. They dont give a sh! t about the items they sell, they arent into vapor, appears they just care about selling cheap items at high prices. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Really a rip off. First time I went there to get a pipe for my Tabacco price was 2x — 3x the prices anywhere. Did not have a wide selection. I will give him credit for having a wide variety of items. Second visit to give him benefit of the doubt, the same thing. i called and ask for pricing over the phone — he did not price me instead said «come eher and I will take care of you» sounds like my kind of salesman. however he did not. price for the item i wanted was almost 2x’s what i normally get it for. I am done with this place. it wont happen a third time

Owner is extremely nice, opened up the store to us when me and my buddy needed a cigar. Great help and a realy nice guy. Cigars bought at stores are expensive that’s a given. I am willing to pay the extra to support the owner!

Tobacco, pipes, and everything else are way over priced! Why even bother selling pipes or pipe tobacco if your only going to sell a pound of cherry? Load of bs!
