Great Great happy hour prices. 3 draft beers only $ 6 bucks. Wait what… yes $ 6 bucks…

As the highest rated mobile service on Unilocal I felt I should do a Unilocal review. This place had great service, ice cold Beer and great singers come in for karaōke nights.

Best place to bowl on a Friday or Saturday night! $ 10 from 10pm to 1am unlimited bowling. Love Going here however if you want a drink inside the bar or even at the window good luck. I have probably been here 10+ times and still have never once recieved good service at the bar. They are so slow and make horrible drinks the majority of the time. Security is nice, bowling staff is nice. Bartenders need some help.

Wow. First time I have ever walked out of a bar without a drink due to a beyond terrible young cackling witch bartender.

Well, I had a lot of fun here! I came for my birthday and I didn’t feel like going to San jose so I thought I’d try this place even though I was skeptical from the reviews. I liked the variety of things to do. My best friend and I played air hockey first, then we went to the bar. There may be two bars, we went in the room with leather couches. The two bar tender girls were very pretty, positive, and attentive to our needs. Good dancing music, okay/mixed crowd except for one creepy guy but he never bothered us I was just aware of him. It’s a very laid back place where you can have a lot of fun. I’d definitely go again! Oh and my drink was tasty! I got goose and cranberry juice with a little orange juice!(I don’t know it that has a name) Yummy! Im usually picky with my drinks, both bartenders made mine yummy. I had about 6 of them lol Good prices too.

went bowling on friday night with some friends. total of 5 of us. got the unlimited bowling for 10 bucks. cant go wrong there. went to get a pitcher of beer and was greeted by this server. she seemed nice at first. didnt catch her name but she has braces. she brought the pitcher to the lane, definitely not in a rush. i paid for the pitcher and before i even had a chance to reach for more cash in my pocket she rudely says, «what? no tip?» i thought that was very low class and definitely not how that works. i was literally about to reach for a 5 dollar bill but when she threw attitude i just gave a couple ones. it seemed a little ridiculous to tip her at all. theres 5 of us with unlimited bowling for the night, obviously we planned on staying a while and ordering more than 1 pitcher for a group of 5! kind of left a bad impression as far as service goes.

I went to check out the karaōke and it sucked so bad. The dj ignored me straight up when I went to tap his shoulder about the karaōke. I would not recommend this place for a place to do karaōke it’s a fraud!

StirXe is a laid back place you can go to have fun. It is not a place you can go to and expect the employees to be doormats. They have fun on the job and enjoy making your experience at StriXe the best it can be. With that said, not everyone’s idea of fun is the same. The bartenders dance on the bar, not because they’re «whores» but because they’re the opposite. They don’t like guys grabbing them or trying to freak with them. It’s meant to be fun. If you can’t understand or think there is something wrong with that, then that’s fine. But Commenting on someone’s personal appearance is just mean. Seriously, maybe you should reevaluate your ideas of what it means to be attractive because comments like that reflect only ignorance and ugliness. StriXe employees do their best to enhance every guest’s experience. Sometimes that means giving a customer extra attention because it’s their birthday or whatever. That doesn’t mean that they are trying to steal your significant other. It just means they’re trying to make a person’s night memorable. Is this the cleanest establishment? No. Are the bartenders friendly and personable 100%of the time. No. They are human. Just like you. They don’t always act super professional. That is why they are bartenders because it’s a relaxed job where you help people party. So if the bartender is taking a shot it’s almost always because a customer wants to buy it for them. It’s pretty much a sacred bond of camaraderie between bartender and guest, or in most cases, a regular. Basically, you get what you pay for. So if you want snobby, prissy bartenders that are stiff and boring then you should go to a place where they will charge you an arm and a leg for a drink. But if you want a fun, more personable experience, great drinks for even better prices, a DJ who actually listens to your requests, and bartenders who are REAL, then StriXe is the place to be. I promise the bartenders aren’t as «cheap», «disgusting», «classless» or «bitchy» as people say. How do I know? Because I’m the«whore bartender that will give your husband a lap dance for $ 5.»

Prices are decent here, but in my opinion, the DJ plays music way too loud. Good place to lounge around and get a drink, but I’m sure the same crowd is here every weekend. Bar is a little messy, and it took longer than expected to get a drink from the bartender. Decent place for Morgan Hill, could be better though.

expensive for a bowling alley. Service poor. The patrons are great. Don’t waste your time or money

This bar has the location and potential to earn 4 or 5 stars but its a dysfunctional disaster. 1. Bartenders are slow and extremely unfriendly 2. Bar crowd is a bit Oaktown/Hyphie 3. Closes early at 12am not 2… everytime I have been. This time because bar staff wanted to leave. 4. Bartender said that she did not want to dishes so we were served In plastic cups. Not classy 5. Horrible service with a bad attitude!!! Basically this place is a joke in a sad way… not funny :(

Fun time, very busy when we came in. Not a problem. Only bowling alley that when you asked for the assist rail to guide the balls for the kids they tell you NO. that is reserved for the handicap. Really, you would think it does less damage to your lanes than having a little kids drop the ball in you lanes. Whatever I will have my kids just drop the bowling balls in the lanes. But if you kept the customers happy. You would have return business.

Choices are limited in my neighborhood so you make the best of what you have. Buddy and I came here to watch the Giants game and found the place to be A-OK! Decent size bar & lounge with plenty of tables and get this… recliners! This place has a sports bar theme to it. Noticed they have a lot of locals who the bartender knew on a first name basis. Overall i’m glad i found a place in my neighborhood where i can catch a football game. I’ll just have to make sure i get here early enough to garb a «Raiders» recliner… On second thought, who knows what’s gone down on those recliners, maybe i’ll just stick with the barstools.

I have only been here once, being from Hollister. However, I group I joined on had a meeting here one night. Since I was on vacation from work, I decided to go to this one. We met for Happy Hour(4 to 6) and got some free appetizers. Some of us played some pool afterwards, which was fun. I hadn’t done that in years! I saw that they have karaōke, but it doesn’t start till 9:30(we went on Friday the 13th!) and we only stayed for the Happy Hour. Having only been here once, I cannot completely yet say if I like it or not, but it was fun the one time, so if the group ever meets here again, I’d like to go again, if I can.

This bar is alright… everything else closes at 10 or 11 so if you’re stuck going to strixe you could be worse off… They have 2 pool tables and people are good about respecting the sign-up chalk board if it’s busy… If you’re into karaōke they do that a couple times a week i think… I don’t care for the background music they are usually playing in there, but the majority of the patrons like it so at least they know their audience… yeah it’s a little ghetto of a crowd in there… but if you’re from Gilroy /Mo Hill anyway it’s probably people you went to high-school with and you are probably ghetto yourself lol

This place has gotten really ghetto in recent years which is sad because I used to go all the time when I was in high school(probably cause back in the day it was one of the few things to do in Morgan Hill.) I stopped going here after the 10th bar fight/shanking in the area…

Ewwwwwww… first of all. I HATE the bar here. It’s so uncomfortable & has really tasteless people frequent it(tasteless being the nicest term I can muster.) Not to mention the place smells awful… of I don’t know what but it carries on clothes so when you go home you can still smell the place. Not good. Bartenders are extremely rude… especially DJ. She picked up the telephone and stared right at me while doing so when I’d been standing at the bar for like 5 minutes. shitty service I’d say for a shit hole. Honestly, …don’t waste the time… BOWLING…umm, same as any other place. Really. I do LOVE the bocce ball room though. a must see. It has its own bar & pretty much a living room in there… with soft leather couches, big TV, pool table or 2. The one good place in that building.

Attended a private birthday party in the bocce ball room. Fun time. Great DJ music and dancing. Tony the bartender was fantastic. The food was just OK. Parking is ample. Bathrooms were clean. Service was nice and willing. All available games for adults to play were in great condition.

Desperate times call for desperate measures you need to do something with single guy. $ 27.50 for 2 adults with shoes and our choice of lanes, oh 2 games so we run thru the first game in under 10 minutes… (i haven’t bowled in like 3 years) So 9.50 for third game which turned into 4th w/5 frames free nice touch. If the 20,000 teenagers didn’t show up and the group of hot females in the other lane I wouldn’t have bolted so fast. Will I go again… uh, is there a loser ladies night??? Under $ 40 have fun worthwhile deal for you and me and all our friends…

I go here because it takes too long to get a lane at AMF Bowling near Oakridge plus it’s cheap and 20 minutes from my house. It’s a decent place, a lot of teeny bobers bobbing around as if they own the place. The bar is a meat market for singles since there’s not much else to do in Morgan Hill. The wait staff sucks, it takes forever to get beer at the side window, I suggest you go in to the bar and order it there since they give priority to people there. If you go on Sunday which is unlimited games and free rental shoes from 8 – 10, the wait staff will still treat you like shit. If you use the feature on the bowling screen to request wait staff… forget it, the waitress never comes so I don’t see the point in having it there. I give this place 2 stars because it’s cheap.
