We called for an estimate, and they came out as scheduled, then we waited for two weeks for them to give us a bid. We then called and sent an e-​mail to set up a time to come and we have never heard back from them. We are still calling them and waiting for a response.

Monterey, CA
Did an okay job on our house. In retrospect that is where I have issue. The consultant advised us poorly on type of paint to use and I hate the color. Also found through consultation. Partly my fault since I did not have a good idea what I wanted or needed. But now want to repaint the entire house but don’t have the resources to do it hiring someone.
Shop around. If you know exactly what you want/​need and they come in okay, they are professional when there.
