My Espresso

Over the phone they said they would be able to accommodate my 20 person group event and they would email us a quote. After not hearing from them, I called back to request a quote again. They finally emailed me back to say they’ve decided it wasn’t cost effective to serve a group as small as 20. Their website clearly states that they are able to serve groups as small as 10. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.
I’m sure it’s great if you are a large party, but don’t expect them to be willing to come to your small social event.
They should change their website information.

Our office uses Jakob and his team for numerous events and he is fantastic.
The coffee quality is very good, and he always works quickly to get everything out to 160 fired up realtors.
What I really admire is that he remembers exactly what coffee I like, and has it ready literally as I walk up to the Barista. Talk about service,
He also has a lot of other options like hot cocoa, flavored lattes, and espresso.
You will not be disappointed.

I am a commercial real estate manager and have worked with Jakob/​My Espresso now a couple of times for Tenant holiday events. He is professional, kind and does a fantastic job! Aside from making sure there is electricity available Jakob takes care of EVERYTHING. The drinks and pastries are always a big hit and we will be using My Espresso for years to come!

Fantastico! I was lucky enough to enjoy the likes of My Espresso as my building managers decided to opt out of the gift giving and hire Jakob to appear in our lobby yesterday – Dec 6^th from 9am to 11am. Free Latte’s for two hours? Goodness. Funny thing is I gave up coffee in October and been imbibing teas. I had to make an exception and try this nice Italian bean Bristot. Excellent! Jakob made me a modified version of the Mochacchino and it was crazy good. Hint of cinnamon – OMG Yum-​O. So, I fell off my wagon not only once but returned for yet a second gulp.
Had to take a photo to show all my peeps. Do consider this gesture for a party or your employees for anytime of year. You will NOT be disappointed!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying My Espresso’s coffee cart for several years now. The building I use to work in brought Jakob and his staff in a couple times a year as a special treat for us. Now at my new company, I became part of a team that was created to organize a building event and I knew EXACTLY who to call — My Espresso of course! The event today went off without a hitch. Jakob and his staff are so easy to work with (and as an organizer that is a HUGE plus!). They handled the 200+ employees with ease. They are friendly, professional, and I personally find their latte’s better than Peet’s and Starbucks. I can’t wait until the next event that we can call them back! Thanks, Jakob!!!

Worked at the Convention Center, and there was the Barrista Bar! what a treat!!! a plus for us… Jacob made me a caramel latte! so good, fresh coffee and lots of foam. Came by a second time for more… I really hope they’ll have this kiosk in the future… at the Covnetion center in san Jose… hope to see you again Jacob. Good job!!! thank you so much… His assistant was just as friendly and helpful…

Jacob is the best! He comes to our school and makes coffee for our faculty — the only way to get through finals!

We had on-​site espresso service from My Espresso after an employee meeting as a special treat and everyone raved. My Espresso is a great treat for employees! Service was professional and friendly (and affordable) and the gourmet coffee drinks were delicious. If you are looking for something nice to do for your employees, consider an espresso bar event — it was a big hit for us.
