I love this place, but sometimes when I go there’s this rotting smell near the wall from the entrance. It looks like there’s a sewer opening or water drain so I’m wondering if that may be the cause. Just something to look out for, I make sure to park on the other side just in case.

If any employees read this, just know its not your fault. I say this because there was this gumpy middle aged man complaining about the line length and telling his wife, «I don’t know why we come to this place» loudly enough for my my parents to hear back in mexico.
The Store: I remember when targets were all raggedy. This one is updated with a produce section. I tend to go here more than I plan but its always a good time. They also have a starbucks inside.
The Staff: Most of the staff are either in HS or first years of college. That is not a bad thing, Im just stating their median age. No complaints, and the people at the registers are nice every time.
The Price: Target is definitely cheaper than Safeway although safeway has a bigger selection of produce.

Although this Target does not have as much items as other Targets in San Jose, the customer service here is awesome. .. hence the 5 stars. All the staff are so helpful and attentive every time I come in. They really do go the extra mile for their customers. My family and I love, love, love this Target!

Second best scenic Target to date facing Anderson Lake Regional Park and Mountain Range (First Scenic Target: San Rafael next to SF Bay): This store is very clean, bright; what I like best about this store is the Starbucks inside! Peppermint Misto is my favorite coffee beverage I keep buying over and over and over again for YEARS! Hah!
I like the food and beverages department as well as the cosmetics/​paper products department: All Target employees working in these departments re very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. I must admit, when I’m traveling, I prefer using Target as a rest stop for using their very clean bathrooms, getting my «nervous Chihuahua on (drinking one vente of Peppermint Misto~HAH!),» it’s very safe, and finally, shopping for items I forgot to pack in my suitcase.
Oh! I forgot mentioning there’s free Wi-​Fi so, you may keep in touch with businesses and family while traveling as a road warrior~HAH!!!

This is a pretty comprehensive Target with a smaller grocery department. The clearance department is smaller that other Targets that I’ve seen, but you can still find some good deals.
Definitely a place that’s worth your time and money. My only gripe would be that the check out lines are long and slow, but that’s because the customers are buying so much (guilty).

I love this target! Maxine the front end manager is so friendly and helpful. I’m an extreme couponer and when I got that counter to complete my transactions the last thing I need is a slip up. A few times I came across a small problem, Maxine honored my coupons and or the prices that were listed. She is interested in a satisfied customer which has gone to the wayside with some of these big corporate stores. This particular store can be a tad higher in prices but they’re customer service is worth it!!! Keep up the good work Maxine and of course my fav cashier Stan!

I shop here frequently. The employees are very nice! Some of them recognize me, and that makes me feel welcome. They have great prices and a clean well maintained store (except the shoe department, it’s a mess) other than that, I love this store! I prefer to shop here over Walmart any day.

I love this pharmacy! I have been coming here since they opened. Everyone has always treated myself and my family so kind. It would be so much more convenient for me to go to a different pharmacy with a drive thru (especially when I’m so tired and don’t feel like getting dressed) but I refuse to go anywhere else. No other pharmacy has the customer service they have here at the store on Cochrane. Thank you Kevin, Nikki, and Erika!!!

Love this Target. I do I do! We’ve lived her for years and each time we come here, it’s clean and the employees are so nice! I called earlier today to see if they had the out of stock everywhere else «Frozen» blanket/​Tote Bag combo like the online store said they did. Customer service said they had it and they would hold it for me till I got there later that evening!
I got there a few hours later, and there it was, waiting for us and man was my little one SURPRISED! It was a nice, simple, easy transaction from start to finish… thanks to Nina for being so nice and helpful. They were out of the movie «Frozen» however. I was disappointed and believe they really should be smart enough to keep it in stock. but I won’t take a star away for that…

My husband and I like shopping at this Target if we’re in the area. This Target has a great selection of home décor, books, snack foods, etc. The only part lacking in this Target is the grocery selection as it’s not as well stocked when compared to the Target located in the Plant shopping center in San Jose. If you’re in a need of a drink after doing all your shopping– then you’re in luck because they have a Starbucks located inside which makes really good coffee drinks :)

Love this place, clean and friendly. The electronic department even sang happy birthday to my friend at our request, very cool. we even have printed pictures here that were great.
To management: My wife says the women’s bathroom is 95% of the time not cleaned well and has an unpleasant odor, please consider a solution to this
