I’ve been a resident at this location for 3 years.
The grounds are gorgeous and the creek is breathtaking, and the groundskeepers keep this place looking beautiful as if it was their property.
Their has been a series of changes with management, but other than that, people keep to themselves.
Great place to stay and visit.

This is such a beautiful park. There is so much to do here. There are several local wineries, even one within walking distance. The park is very quiet and the park manager, Robert, is such a friendly and professional guy. The park had a wonderful BBQ for all the visitors for the 4^th of July. Everyone in the park got together and had a great time.
The park is located just a short drive over the hill to Santa Cruz and Monterey.
We sure love this place and can’t wait to go back!

This place is sooooo quiet and serene! There is a creek on the property you can walk or sit near. Conveniently it is located within miles of a handful of local wineries. It is also close to 3 county reservoirs for outdoor activities. The staff here are very low-key and don’t give people a hard time about petty issues, such as leaving a box or two outside from time to time. There is no extra vehicle fee or dog fee as other places commonly charge. The electricity is cheaper than other places as well. Overall a much nicer, quieter living experience.
