I have been here a few times-the staff has always been friendly, both drive thru and walk in. Food was to be as expected and device was prompt-no complaints :)

Your average Dunkin donuts and all the food at any location I’ve been to including this one is all consistent. However at this location I find the staff to particularly helpful and it’s there is anything they don’t have they seem to compensate you in some way. Some of the best Dunkin employees I’ve ever dealt with!

Awful, absolutely awful. I wouldn’t even give this coffee shop one star, but it makes me select at least one. It was about noon, mid-day and a friend and I decided to run thru their drive thru and grab a coffee. We pull up, wait… wait…(Mind you, the employees inside are talking amongst themselves and I can bluntly here them talking about nothing related to their jobs, dropping all sorts of curse words. I eventually have to yell into the intercom to get service. All I ordered was an iced peppermint mocha macchiato, simple enough, right? I pull around to the window, and a messy headed girl takes my card who obviously hated her job, and hated the fact she was at work. I get my card back, and she hands me a hot beverage; I stare back at her disbelief and told her that’s not what I ordered I wanted it iced. She looks at me completely dumbfounded and with a snappy attitude states, «that’s not what she heard» but clearly my receipt said that it was iced. Instead of her offering to correct my drink, she just stares at me and finally says I’ll have to do a refund for the hot macchiato and re-ring you for a iced one. WHAT?(Is there that much of a price difference for ice?) This made no sense to me. At this point I was so ready to leave mainly because her lack of sympathy and attitude was so poor. I replied no, I’ll just keep my macchiato, but I will not be back to this location, that the service was«shitty» her response was good, and I know.” I drove off infuriated at what just took place. Poor customer service, poor management, poor staffing, probably one of the worst times I’ve ever had at ANY coffee shop. Dunkin’ really needs to reevaluate their employees and practice better customer service. I truly hope somebody sees this and helps this poor establishment.

I found the staff to be really friendly and they give a massive military discount. They were prompt with my order and gave me exactly what I asked for. I didn’t see anyone waiting around and everyone seemed friendly. I will definitely be back!

I am from the Northeast where there’s a Dunks on every corner so I was very happy when this one opened recently. First visit went well, same coffee that I love. Second visit there was a couple in front of me, clearly on their way to work at the hospital. They are finished ordering with cashier and just waiting for the girl to get their requested donut to hand to cashier and complete their exchange. Only problem is workers from the back are commenting to the worker getting the donut and she is answering them, completely ignoring the fact that she’s at work, there are people waiting on her to grab the donut. This convo goes on for several minutes and customers are getting understandably annoyed as it’s holding all of us up. It’s finally my turn to order but by now the cashier is upset b/c prior customer muttered something like«learn to do your job» and he took the comment to be about him. I then get several passive aggressive comments like«See? I handed you your change, I must know how to do my job, right?» I don’t respond as: not my monkey, not my circus and I don’t engage with grown adults having temper tantrums. Just a policy I have. Went back again the other morning and while a slightly older blond lady seemed to be running the show and know what she was doing, I was handed a coffee that tasted like a cup of instant coffee. I really want this Dunks to achieve but unless the franchisee revamps his staff, emphasizes customer service, and learns how to make Dunks signature coffee, I just don’t see how that will happen.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Just like the other location, it’s highly disorganized and prepare to have your order either be messed up or completely wrong half the time. Management here is null. Make sure you check your bag before you leave. The employees are rude, their smiles half-assed. Service is terribly slow as well. Also, if you’re ordering coffee be aware that one shot of cream really means half a cup of cream.
