Had an catastrophic failure on the highway on our way back home for thanksgiving. Other shops would have taken up to 5 days to complete repair. The owner Harry went above and beyond to get our vehicle back on the road WITHIN 4 HOURS! We would have surely missed the holiday if it wasn’t for the excellent service we received. On top of all that they offer a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty on all services performed. This a great shop and they truly stand behind their work with pride. Thank you so much! I would recommend this shop to anyone for any of their car repairs!

Only place it seems that is open on a Saturday, oh Morgantown how I loathe you and your limited options. I brought in a 2009 BMW 328 that was in need of an oil change and there is a shaking problem when the car is at partial throttle often times between 40 – 50 MPH. I had done tons of research on what could be causing it nearly everyone pointed to a fuel injector issue after having replaced plugs and boots. Literally dozens of people that have had the issue said it was 1. Plugs 2. Boots 3. Fuel Injector so when I brought it in I explained to them that number 1 and 2 had been done already. I dropped the vehicle off and about 3 hours later came to pick it up with the diagnosis of some driveline bearings needing to be replaced. Was told I would get a call on Monday (never did) for the price of parts/​labor.
Oil Change= $ 90 (Used a cheap Chinese filter that ended up cracking and getting oil all over the serpentine belt which I had to replace by another shop… was almost stranded because of this)
Diagnostic Check to drive it was something like $ 130.
Nope, won’t come back unless it is an emergency.

Update on my previous situation with Riverside. After Riverside put an «inspected and rejected» sticker on the windshield of my son’s car and attempted to extract over $ 1,000 for front struts and «computer diagnostic», I took the car to my trusted mechanic in Wheeling, and specifically told them why the car was rejected and asked them to look extra closely at the struts. Guess what — the struts were fine. Nevertheless Riverside failed to discover that the car needed new brake pads.
Therefore, I saved the $ 1,100 for the struts that were perfectly fine, and paid my local Wheeling auto shop $ 117 to replace four sets of worn out brake pads and a fresh inspection sticker.

Out of town and my 2003 325I BMW’s water pump failed late in the day. They had a tow truck get me off the interstate in 15 minutes. They fixed the car and had me on my way in less than 24 hours. Zack and Harry are easy to talk with so don’t be shy.

I own a porsche cayenne and i had a problem with my fuel system. NO ONE in Morgantown accepted to fix my car and the closest dealer is 70 miles away. But Riverside auto did the job perfectly and within a day only. Harry the owner is nice and honest man, his technician is out standing.
If u own a European car. Thats ur place.
I will not go to any place other than Riverside for my porsche even for a simple oil change.

Beware Students…
This place can drop its Meineke name/​franchise, but the same review applies…
New owner as of Jan 2014. VERY, very pricey! Looks like he is padding his parts prices a ton… This place originally quoted the work at $ 1,066. (for front calipers, hoses, rotors and pads!!!) I got a quote from another Meineke, they just laughed and quoted for the same job, $ 626. This place finally came down to $ 891…But I think i still got the ‘female stranded college student from out of state, special price’…
