Excellent restaurant. Food was fabulous, service excellent and ambience was inviting. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a well prepared Italian meal.

A great restaurant in Morgantown in the basement of a bowling alley. I like their fish entrées. Don’t order veal unless you like a huge slab of deep fried breaded piece of meat. Wished it was more creative. The dessert selection was great and you get to see what you are getting before you order as they are presented on a tray. Lighting has improved these days. It used to be a bit dim so you can’t clearly see the nice food presentation. I am always amused with the sounds of bowling coming from above. Great wine selection. Service is excellent and great food on the whole.

Great service, setting and food with reasonable prices. I had the NY strip med/rare with the butter sauce and the wedge salad. My fiancé had a shrimp type pasta and though my NY strip was cooked perfectly her pasta was better. For dessert we had the banana bread strawberry cake which was good, next time I will try the ice cream pecan ball. They comped our dessert since it was her birthday and we just got engaged. Two drinks(sangria and desaeorno) an app, NY strip and the special pasta was $ 91. Typical dinner will run between $ 27 – 35. Crystal was our server and did a great job.

This place gets two thumbs up. Today was the first swanky dinner that me and my fiancé have visited since moving to West Virginia. I was pleased we had a great experience from the beginning. The hostess knew we were newly engaged and treated us such it was nice to hear congrats since I have been wanting to scream from the roof toPs. The seating was perfect and the free bread they bring to the table was Devine To start I had a drink a merlot sangria and it was strong and delicious just the way I like them I ordered the special for dinner since I was interested in the taste when the waitress explained it to me and my Fiancé it was a shrimp pasta with asparagus and artichoke it was great! The service was great as well I believe our sever name was Nicky and she was super awesome our desert was comped since I was a newly engaged and a birthday girl:-) nice place if you want a night out and a reason to get dolled up please check this place out:-)

Excellent. The food, the service, the atmosphere. All excellent. Spouse and I had an early reservation at 5:30 on a Saturday night. Had the place to ourselves for a bit but it really started filling up around 6:15. Our waiter, Michael, could not have been more friendly and attentive. He was one of the best waiters at a restaurant we have ever had. Even gave us ideas of places to explore once hearing we were new to the area. The food was amazing. I had the lobster spaghetti special and spouse had the mixed strip with garlic butter sauce(you pick the topping). Both were fantastic. We were both amazed that this gem was hidden under a bowling alley and you could barely hear anything above. All in all, we had an excellent experience and will be back.

Husband and I are in town for work this week and we have had dinner here twice already. The food was wonderful. The first night we split the Veal Piccata and it was a perfect portion. Nicely balanced with a side of pasta. We started with the soup of the day which was a chicken with artichoke and lemon. The next night we decided to split two appetizers, beef skewers with mushrooms and seared scallops. The scallops were perfectly cooked and were accompanied with a cilantro cream, corn and mango relish. Delicious! The beef was so tender and tasty and was topped with a blue cheese sauce. Whoever the chef here is, has a wonderfuly creative mind and I see this restaurant as one I will visit often. I was hoping they had a facebook page, but was not able to find one. I was also hoping they were open for lunch, but they are only open for dinner.

This is my favorite restaurant in WV. We just moved to bridgeport from Chicago and this restaurant is a high end. Perfect food. Menu changes all the time which I love. Sevice is always excellent. Very nice atmosphere perfect for romantic dinner for me and my husband :)

I have eaten here twice. Food is good traditional Italian. Expensive for Morgantown. Pasta dishes in the mid teens. Meet dishes low twenties to mid thirties. Bread was pretty good. Wine list decent with good affordable options. Service great. Did not love the cheesy Kenny G style jazz playing. Ignore the fact that the restaurant is below a bowling alley.

Finally some great food in Morgantown. Although it attracts a showy«morgantown’s elite» sorta croud(whatever that’s supposed to mean), there’s no denying that the food here is the best I’ve had since café bacchus. The wine list is amazing, the daily specials do not disappoint, and the mood is modern and relaxed.

Stefano’s is good, it’s good, it’s not my favorite. First, they have a diverse wine selection and they always have specials. I’ve had most of their meatless pastas and they’re okay. It’s taken me almost six months to write my review of this place, so I’m not their biggest fan, but it’s decent Italian for the area. People usually are pretty pleased with their daily specials and I like the ambience, if anything. What I wouldn’t pay to have that iridescent tile wall in my apartment! The desserts are usually underwhelming, but like I said, their pasta dishes are pretty tasty. I recommend giving it a try, if anything for their contemporary yet romantic and intimate atmosphere.
