Today was my first time visiting Top Nails and it will also be my last. While the salon itself appeared to be clean, the utensils that were used to do my manicure and pedicure did not. It seemed as though none of the cuticle nippers, cuticle sticks, files, etc. had ever been sanitized. On top of this I also felt like my manicurist wasn’t listening to what I wanted and overall I just was not impressed.

My daughter/​college student had a terrible experience here. They haggled over pricing for a refill and pedicure. Made it very confusing, hard to understand and pushy rude. My daughter use to go there last school year and is familiar with this salon. She had her nails done on Friday and by Sunday the color chipped completely off her toes. I think they took advantage of her and overcharged as well!

I discovered this place two years ago when I moved to Morgantown. It has everything going for it: clean facility, professional, polite staff, skilled technicians and fantastic management. They are also very honest. I left my wedding ring and it was waiting for me when I call them that night. They let you relax the way YOU want to… read a book, chat about your day or talk about the soccer match. Business is always booming, but they are fantastic about accommodating walk-​ins. I highly recommend Top Nails. I tried a couple of other places only because I was on the other side of town but experience taught me it was worth driving the extra distance. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Look no further.

I can get very complicated when it comes down to the particulars of having Shellac nails… this salon always gets it right. The staff is always patient while I decide. The owner David is always friendly and upbeat he will offer anything and everything to his customers. Nikki a nail technician is always happy to please.
