Wendy’s

Wow … are these workers trained at all? We ordered inside to go since we are travelling cross country with kids and dogs. We ordered 2 baconator combos, 1 spicey chicken combo, 1 jr cheeseburger, ghost fries and a small drink. Not too complicated especially since at the time we ordered we were the only people in the restaurant. Our cashier started our drinks and then went to start bagging our order. She said they were waiting on fresh fries and it would be a minute, hey no problem who doesn’t love fresh fries! We got our bag and went to our car. Immediately we noticed we were missing a combo. Checked our bill and we were only charged for 1combo, yes inconvenient but whatever. We decided to go through the drive thru and get our missing combo — it is so much faster than inside. We get our missing food, park and start eating. Much to our surprise one of our baconators is a chicken sandwich! Come on!!! So we were charged baconator prices for a chicken sandwich. No we didn’t go back AGAIN. We’ve been on the road for days moving from Hawaii to MD … tired and sick of fast food. As someone who used to work in the food industry our order was a cake walk. Unacceptable. If we were local we wouldnt be back and if we find ourselves in this area again we will be sure to go somewhere else.

Urgently in need of a remodel. Especially the bathrooms. No baby changing station, either. Argh.

Ordered a kids meal with apple slices and they didn’t have the little bags of Apple slices. The very polite worker, Nathaniel, came out to our table with a cup full of apples he cut up himself. Wow, the extra mile in fast food. Nice job!

Good food fast service. In my opinion the best of all the fast food joints.
The spicy chicken sandwich is thick and juicy. Fries are great and they still use the thick big boy straws in their drinks.

This Wendy’s has the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen. My order has never been right and it usually takes twice as long to correct it than it took to get in the first place. Never again.
