I’m an very disappointed in this company and we will be searching for a new company. The office is far from professional. Let me start from the beginning. My mother in law had an account with this gas company and requested an application to change the account over to me and my husband because she was moving out of state and we are taking over the house. The application never came. We ran out of gas… The very nice driver came and brought an application, changed out the tank and filled it and I paid that day by debit card. We were happy… Fast forward to the following week… An unauthorized charge on my debit card so I called the office to see why. She was very nasty and told me it looks like because my mother in law had a balance before the switch??? nobody told me that and you can’t just charge my card… I never get nasty with people especially on the phone because I was in customer service but I guess she could hear in my voice I was upset and told me to calm down and to give her my mother in laws phone number to ask her to take care of that balance. I was upset because I didn’t really have the money for her to charge my account I had two bills that we’re going to post and now she screwed up my account. She told me she would refund the amount but now the next day just as I expected my bills went through and now my account is overdrawn and obviously the refund takes time. Then… So unprofessional the lady called my mother in law and told her about her balance and told her that I said she should be responsible for the bill because it was in her name at the time. Regardless, if I said that or not you don’t call your customers and say that. You simply say there must have been a mix up but you left a balance on your account how would you like to resolve that???
