The buffet was out stating the wait staff were very attentive and friendly as well. The atmosphere is pretty much all business folks but beyond that it was perfect

I’ve ordered food here to go before and have really enjoyed it. The first time I ate in I had such a horrible expeience I will never go back there. I got my food and drink, and noboy ever came over to my table. I was able to find a manager and asked him if I had someone assigned to my table(at this point I was done and ready for my check). A few minutes later a waiter came out and started yelling at me in front of everyone, mad that I had talked to his manager. I didn’t even know this guy was my waiter because he had never even been to my table! After letting the manager know what happened, he apologized halfheartedly and gave me 50% off my bill. They will never get my money again.

Love this place! We go there all the time. It’s a nice quiet hidden gem in Morristown. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. They change the menu with the seasons and the presentation is gorgeous.

Nice service. Had one«StayFit» item on the menu… which was the White and Green Omelete — it may sound like one of those«lame healthy» dishes on a menu… but it was actually pretty good. Filling, in a healthy way. =)

The service was absolutely horrendous. From the moment we sat down and ordered our drinks i had a bad feeling about this waitress. After we requested our drinks in pint glasses she returned with our drinks in small glasses and then told us that she would have to charge us for 2 drinks if we get a pint glass… the rest of the night she was rude and ignored us… Now when we are a party of 4 with drinks, apps, and entrees, one would think that she might want to even flash us a smile to ensure that she has a decent tip. It was just very upsetting since we do not get the chance to go out with these friends and then when we do our time together is not pleasant due to the service. The food overall was pretty good. We were drawn to this location due to our friends discount with . For apps my friend did not like her chicken quesadilla, and the blue goat cheese app was a little overwhelming, my fiancée had the brisket quesadilla which he enjoyed, and i was disappointed with my dim sum app(it was like rubber due to over steaming or the microwave…). For dinner 3 of us had the Sirloin dish which was surprisingly delicious, my friend had the Salmon which she seemed to enjoy. Would recommend based on food alone, but due to experience with service will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

For a hotel restaurant, this place is a great surprise. The food was really good. The two entrees we had were the best of their kind we ever tasted, and we have tried similar around the world. Our waiter was exceptionally service oriented. The warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream was prepared quite well.

For such a dreary [and borderline spooky] place, I was surprised the food was as fresh & tasty as it was. Fried calamari = Outstanding! BBQ Beef Brisket Quesadilla = Great, but the side sauces were weird Chicken Sandwich = Normal Cajun Chicken Wrap = Pleasant We also ordered these french fries that were drenched in cheddar, some cream sauce, and topped with chewy bacon… to die for. Great prices as well. Definitely not a bad eat if staying at the Hyatt, or wanna watch a movie post-ITIS… just try to stay awake.

The restaurant is tucked in the dark back corner of the lobby. Kind of dead looking. I came in for a quick and easy dinner. The service may be attentive but the kitchen is in no way quick. I had the Miso Salmon with lime/cilantro rice. Interesting to put Mexican inspired rice with Japanese but it worked. Presentation was nice. Salmon was 21 dollars and included a glass of house wine and dessert. Yay! Good deal. I chose the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. A definite do. =) I’d come again.

The Eclectic Grill is located in Headquarters Plaza in the Hyatt. We had heard that there was a 3-course dinner and a movie option for $ 30 so we decided to check it out. It turned out to be a great deal. For our first course we both ordered the roasted chicken tortilla Mexican soup. It had a very cool presentation. The waitress brought out a bowl with all of the solid ingredients and poured the hot soup over it all once it was placed at our seats. This made it so the tortilla strips still had a nice crunch. The salmon dish I ordered was also good. For dessert, we both ordered the chocolate soufflé. It was a warm very rich chocolate soufflé with a pudding in the middle and vanilla ice cream on the side. Yum! As for the ticket vouchers, there were no restrictions on them so we were able to use them right away for the 9:30PM Saturday night showing of a brand new movie.
