The Highlands are a great place to live for location and the residents but the building; not so much. Let’s start with the amenities that you pay a fee for. In the gym the TV’s only have News 12 available. The«Club Room» is great but closes at 11:00pm. Even on weekends. Really!!! I pay for use of the room and can’t really use it on the weekends. The Pool. Big selling feature but they do not take care of it. The pool is not clean. This summer the hot tub did not work. Waterfall broken all summer as well. Pet Friendly. Well they are in that they allow you to have pets but you pay out the a$$ for them. $ 500 nonrefundable pet fee and $ 50 a month. Which really goes to nothing. IN the winter the amount of salt used is crazy and they will not consider using pet friendly salt. I will be moving when lease is up.

Miss living here. They switched around their management team & improved it greatly. I had a great time living here. The location is very convenient and Godfathers is right downstairs ! I’d order there just about every night! Our resident parties were always fun & your neighbors are all quite like-able :) The pool is relaxing and fun. The building seem to have a few stay home moms/self-employed so it’s usually active during the summer days. There’s always a lifeguard on duty which I found super cool of them to invest in. Parking is on your floor in a covered garage ! If you know Morristown you know there aren’t much options for that. Maintenance responds quick to your concerns and are the nicest guys. Pricey to live here but worth it!

New, large apartment/retail mixed use building. It is right next to the train station. Rents are very high, so be prepared. But they do allow dogs, for an additional monthly fee. The retail area seems to be mostly empty– they have never been able to lease the space. there is additional train station parking for monthly permit holders in the apartment building’s enclosed parking deck.
