WIth a name like Hillbilly’s Cabin, I expected great service and great food. I got great service for sure… but great food? Not so much. Cold bacon, eggs that tasted artificial, and french toast that looked like it used to be frozen. The biscuits did not seem homemade and my boyfriend’s tiny pork chop was not very good. Maybe they do a great dinner, but I wouldn’t bother to try. This place gets 2 stars because our waitress was so friendly, though.
