Ate here again Sunday afternoon and as usual the place was clean and the food and service were great.

There new white cheddar & bacon dip is absolutely wonderful Had the steak sandwich also great. Service couldn’t be better. Spotless clean. Just wish I had a bigger stomach. Will definitely return to this location

My wife and I went there Tonight with our family. We order spinach dip and chips as a appetizer. The dip was really good, but they barely have us any chips compared to the large bowl of dip. All 5 of us ordered the flat iron steaks, medium to medium well done. The steaks tasted bland and seemed to have been in the freezer for a while. I was not pleased compared the price they charge. The flat iron steaks(6oz), baked potato, and salad was $ 13.99, which I found expensive. I have been here about 3 – 4 times and I am not impressed.

1st thing — let me say that I STILL feel that having my first 4 emails ignored and blown off by Longhorn is INEXCUSABLE, and only contacting me after my review on Unilocal is the most unprofessional thing ever ! But — my gf and I have had 2 other visits to Longhorn, and they have been GREAT. Mattie, the mgr at the Morristown location, called and invited us back, and even though it’s a hour from my home, we agreed. OUTSTANDING visit. Everyone has a bad day, and it’s clear that my server on October 1st had 1 of the WORSTDAYSEVER, but our server on the 17th was FANTASTIC !! He was 100% on the ball, and our food was great. Excellent all around. We also visited the location at West Town Mall on the 24th and got dinner to go. The bartender was a great guy, got our food together quickly and except for my gf’s missing soup, it was also excellent. Everything needed was included and we have always had a great meal at this location

We have now dined at Longhorn twice. While the prices are a bit high, the experience is a solid one. The food is generally awesome(the French onion soup is WONDERFUL) but we have had to send items back due to being over cooked. This was dealt with rather quickly. The staff are generally attentive. Tonight we sat right by the kitchen and we were actually helped by several different people. All-in-all a decent dining experience. especially when the other local options are considered.

The food here is absolutely terrific! It is the only place in town where you can get a steak so tender you can cut it with a fork. It is a bit pricey, but worth the money.

This LongHorn opened a couple of months ago, so maybe they’re still finding their way. First thing I noticed was an unpleasant odor in the vestibule as soon as you open the door to go inside. It was a Sunday evening with several empty tables but like another reviewer said, there was a lot of hustle and bustle on the part of wait staff. All very young and inexperienced. I had the ribeye that had some gristle. We were a table of 9. Others thought the food was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Maybe in time it will get better, but they really need experienced staff. Women’s restroom could have been cleaner. I wouldn’t go back. Just another chain.

Longhorn steakhouse Morristown, TN, 4:30pm Saturday June 7, 2014. There was a 5 min wait even though there plenty of seats available. The greeter said it was«shift change». The staff is friendly enough. It was crowded and loud for the pre dinner time. Relatively expensive; nothing on menu for under $ 10 except sides. Cleanliness was good. It has a slight bar type atmosphere that’s expected in this type place. Almost immediately had a family with young kid seated behind us but so far so good. Food arrived; it took a bit(greater than 20min). My chicken portebella is pretty salty. Bad table design; mom couldn’t cut her steak from the plate sliding around on the table. The waitress has been by several times to check on us. The portions are smaller than we both expected, especially moms steak.(flatiron). The sides were of pretty good size. My Mac & cheese w/bits of ham was good. The baked potato was good. The mashed potatoes were good & most likely«real». The Sweet potatoes were good, but(my mom said) needed more butter & cinnamon. Its possibly just my impression, but the staff seems to be hurrying everywhere; it’s semi-controlled chaos. ;)

Have been twice and both times had a great meal(chicken and avocado half sandwich w/soup for lunch and a NY Strip for dinner) for a great price. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful. Only question is both times I’ve been(once for lunch the other for dinner) there were 15 minute wait times with many open tables(there were only two of us). Others I’ve talked to have mentioned this situation as well under similar circumstances and we haven’t been able to figure out why this is? Maybe management can explain? I saw several groups turn around and walk away when the wait time was mentioned.

Good Longhorn Food was spot on, as expected from a good Longhorn. I had the ribeye. Service was very courteous and pleasant. Destiny, our waitress, was just charming.
