Tried to eat there at 12:20 today 12÷20÷15. We had a party of 7. They had 17 open tables. Could have put two tables together. They said we have to save for the elderly. We have s 78 and 80 yr old in our party. I understand why the chain is having financial problems. There are four restaurants opening soon so ruby’s can close and open up space for a fifth.

Overall it was okay. Clean and decent décor. Wait staff seemed more like used car salesmen then servers. They were polite though. Food was so so. Not bad though. Prices were reasonable. Salad bar wasn’t too fresh.

Standard Ruby Tuesday’s fare and wicked slow service. But they’re very very VERY friendly, and I guess some people like that. I felt like I was being badgered when the hostess asked me 15 personal questions before seating me. Also it would seem that having beers listed on their drink menu absolutely does not mean that they have them at the bar. They didn’t have either of the bottled beers I tried to order, so I had cake instead (the obvious choice).
