Super good pizza! Good crust, good sauce, not too much cheese. And my family owns a pizzeria back home so I know lol

I liked the pizza overall. The doe was good, The sauce was good, and the cheese was too thick or fatty. We ordered a soup and I am pretty sure that it was it was Campbell soup that they charged $ 4.50 for. The food is a bit expensive for the ingredients they use.

I’ve gone here a few times, everytime i’ve gone it’s a young boy now, where’s the old mustache owner? Where’s the spanish crew? And i didn’t go on a wednesday night when it was dead, no my most recent trip was on a friday night!, yes the busy night and they have this kid, manning the phones, take orders, doing the register, making everything, BUT the pizza is suffering. Everytime my pizza is chewy, what’s that mean? not enough tossing, twirling, the gluten isn’t being stretched out. The nice crust that was once on the bottom of the pie is now non-existent, the boy just sucks, so i have to now knock a star off. Morris Pizzeria, get back the old crew!

In terms of good pizza and great sandwiches… This joint is the place to go. It is run by the father and son who are both really sincere. Make sure you try their eggplant parmesan sandwich! FRESHLY thin sliced eggplant is what makes it so special. NOT that frozen eggplant in the bag at your local supermarket crapizzle. Eggplant and soda can combo will run you $ 7.75. It is the tastiest sandwich in town! Their chicken and meatball parm sandwiches are good too. As well as their buffalo chicken pizza. Nomz.

Rudest person I have ever encountered in my life! The guy at the counter was so nasty. Me and my friend bought a whole pie so I kindly asked him to wrap up my food and went to pay. I asked him if we could split the check on two cards, and he nastily said just put it on one. If clarified that me and my friend didn’t have any cash and apologized. Then he yelled at me saying I was wasting his time!!! I was taken back and offended. There are many other pizzerias in the area, and we decided to try this one out. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Today was the second time I’ve had lunch here. Not a bad spot. I’ve done sandwiches both times — today was the eggplant parmesan. Good bread, about 10 — 12″ long. No frills, but solid option. Small menu. Pizza, some pastas, and a few sandwiches. I think I saw someone eating fries, but didn’t see that on the menu. Only menus are at the registers. Pizza by the slice is available, too. Pretty simple offering — not even a selection of chips. Large dining area. Two TVs. Pretty clean and in good shape. Guys at the counter seem to be pretty no-none sense, but not unfriendly,(I dunno’, is that like a quadruple negative? Sorry for that sloppy grammar). I’ll be back. It’s a good option for that shopping center.

Safe to say I developed my love of NY(NJ) style pizza here. My family has been going here for a good 20 years. It’s a good pizza place in New Jersey — enough said. But the reason I’m reviewing this place highly is because of the business owners. I used to come in here with my family as early as elementary and middle school in the early nineties. I hadn’t been there in about 10 years, and one day stopped in while I was home to grab a slice. I recognized the owner behind the counter, and then he actually said to me, «How’s your dad?» I was blown away that after all these years he remembered/recognized me, and thought enough to ask about my family. It’s just a small detail. I love the pizza — always have, but I also love a place that truly values its life-long customers.

I really like this place! Basic, but the sauce is very fresh and the pizza is consistently good.

Great quality and quantity! Once you have Morris Pizzeria you are spoiled and anytime you try to order pizza from any where else you just end up disappointed and kicking yourself for not ordering it from Morris Pizzeria.

Ordered a pie for delivery from Morris Pizzeria the other day. Kind of unbelievable how we’ve never had a pizza from here before. I feel like we’ve tried a hundred other places in town(fiancée actually says the number is closer to 14), and none of them are super solid. For the most part, the pizza elsewhere is just ok. Morris Pizza’s pizza, however, is well above the rest. Before we get into the food though, I have to explain the 4 stars(as opposed to 5). When I called, the guy who picked up was short with me and a little rude. He seemed put out by having to take the order. When I asked for a bacon and onion pie, he informed me that they didn’t have bacon. I found that odd and disappointing. Both these reasons detract the fifth star. Without a Plan B, I asked for the quintessential Go-To: a large pepperoni pizza. He said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Most places claim half an hour and then are late. I was actually relieved to hear someone say anything BUT«half an hour.» I felt like the 45 minute claim was more dependable than the norm. And it was! Exactly 45 minutes after I hung up the phone, the doorbell rang. Zing zang zoom. The pepperoni pizza was piping hot right out of the box. It was super cheesy and had bountiful amounts of spicy, crisp, and large pepperoni. This was easily the best pepperoni pizza we’ve had in 14 different restaurants in the area. It’s a shame it took us this long to find the winner, but this is it! We’re only gonna be here another couple months but if(when) we decide to get another classic cheese pie with regular toppings, it will be from Morris Pizzeria. Hopefully next time the person answering the phone will be a little friendlier.

In a town oversaturated with pizzerias, Morris Pizza stands as pretty good. Pete’s Tavern is the clear-cut winner, but Morris holds it own with the likes of Suvio’s, etc. The advantage to Morris is that: A. They deliver B. They’re open late If you’re looking to go out for the evening(or pick up), Pete’s is your place for a great pie. If you’re hanging out at home and need something delivered, go to Morris.

Their Cheese slices are pretty good. They always have a lunch special for $ 5 and some change that includes two cheese slices and a drink. Have tried a couple of other toppings but the cheese pizza is the best. Its nothing fancy but a good cheap lunch.

BESTPIZZAINMORRISTOWN. I have been coming to this pizzeria since I was in high school & it’s one of the few places in town that’s consistently excellent. I’m there like 3 or 4 times a week. The owners are very friendly & so nice. They aren’t as stuck up as all the other restaurants & businesses moving into town They have a large Flat screen, I’ve watched The Dark Knight, Avatar, Bruce Almighty, and Inception while eating a slice. Besides their personal pan pizza which is totally worth the wait. I love their marinara sauce I get extra on the side for my pepperoni stromboli & I also dig how they serve beef pepperoni I think it tastes better then the other stuff & the redesign of the interior looks amazing. If you’re in the neighborhood check it out!

Had a great pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza delivered. Tasty and cheesy. Nothing gourmet, I recommend for a good slice of pie.

This is my go-to for a plain pie in Mo Town. Best pie in the area besides Tony’s in Morris Plains, but T kicks women with strollers and little kids out so I stick to Morris. They’re consistent, quick, and they deliver. I’m suprised it’s so unknown compared to the others on Unilocal.Took one star off for price since a pie pushes $ 14, but other than that you can’t get a better delicious pizza deal in town. Keep in mind my review is for their pie’s alone; the rest of their food is average, but seriously, you can’t beat the value in gauranteeing you won’t end up with a suck ass pie!
