Excellent location, adequate parking and hours, clean, modern and waiting room so comfortable you want to cuddle up on the couch or one of the chairs and read a book and relax as you wait. The staff is bilingual, the exams are thorough, confidential and staff is very kind and nonjudgmental. Good service for any age woman.

Doctor Bernstein is a very honest and helpful doctor but the staff that works for him is quite incompetent. One of the women there was very sweet but trying to get your lab results back nearly impossible. I’ve called over 5 times and have been told each time that I will get a call back in 24 – 48 hours, that it will be marked urgent and even that I’ll be called in 1 hour and nothing. One time even put on hold so long that I finally hung up. They have no consideration for the patient’s situation. One should not have to jump through hoops to attain their own medical results. Unacceptable level of incompetence. Oh yes, and the private inbox where they’re supposed to record your results so you don’t have to call them, was never updated.
