Supercuts

I have been to this Supercuts many times, as have many of my friends and have had great service. Regrettably this was not one of those times.
As background, I recently had surgery on my shoulder and cannot move well enough to wash my hair. I also admittedly have thick curly hair, nothing I can do about that.
Went in today to this location for a wash and blowout (as an aside did the same at the Rockaway location a couple days ago and had a great experience). It was one of my worst salon services ever. I let the stylist know about my shoulder and to be gentle. Obviously she got frustrated with my hair during my appointment and that’s when things fell apart. I got scratched in the face, poked in the eye three times, and lost track of the times she brushed my shoulder a little too hard. I didn’t have this issue with my previous appointment.
I understand that my hair is difficult I am willing to tip for the difference and the added effort. But not when this stylist seemed to have no regard to my personal space. And I could tell she was upset about my hair texture, which is not my problem. On top of that this service was $ 42 in Morristown versus the $ 22 I paid in Rockaway (rent costs I’m sure). But this was truly the worst experience I have ever hard and I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location anytime soon. Please tell your stylists to be a little more careful. Those with thick hair deserve just as good service, even if our hair is more difficult to manage.

This is a well run shop.

It was has been ten years since I let other people cut my hair. This is a super fast cut. There was no long line waiting and folks in and out super quickly. After three minutes of sitting, I was called. The lady (aka the stylist) was OK but I don’t think she wanted further communication with guys like me. Anyhow, it took her about eight minutes to finish my hair and I might continue doing haircut myself in the future.

I am so impressed with the stylist, Renee! I have lived in Los Angeles and. Miami and no one has done as good a job on my hair as she has. I am a repeat customer and each time the cut and color have been perfect. Highly recommend.

Great location, but that’s where the great ended. Brought my long haired 11 year old in for a trim. Even after asking the young lady to take more off the sides, he looks the same as when I brought him in. At least I did not go for the $ 14 bottle of conditioner she tried to sell me and had my kid begging for. Back to the barbershop for us.

I had Nicki for a cut and blow dry… she did exactly what I liked… My layers looked good… it’s a good place for simple hair cuts. staff were friendly.

Always friendly… great with kids! My boys love going to get their haircut. Due the welcome they always get. The ladies can cut and style ALL grades of hair.

Don’t let the extremely low prices fool you, this place is great! Very clean, friendly staff and I got a haircut worth three times what I paid. It’s very hard to find a salon that knows how to work with my hair type so this was very refreshing. Ask for Hazel. :)

This Supercuts is a decent location, if you time it right (or, here’s a tip) call before you come in to put your name on the list, there isn’t too long a wait. I hope they remain in Morristown, it’s great to have a Supercuts close to home!

So far six (male) haircuts here. Different stylist each time and very satisfied with each one. I am a busy, older professional, who just wants a good haircut with no hassles — Supercuts has been a godsend!!!
1) Very Convenient. No appointment, short/​no wait.
2) Finished product always excellent
3) Price is less than mall
4) Stylists have always been extremely friendly and customer oriented.
5) Saturday (06÷11÷11) no wait. Brittany was amazing!!!
