These people really make effort to do good work honestly. The man that came out, went out of his way to get to my house the day I called and picked up extra parts at the hardware store for my furnace. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Pacific Heating installed a new high-​efficiency furnace in my home. I had a great experience from start to finish. Rich from Pacific came out and gave me a one hour consultation about my options… which were daunting to say the least. They’re based in Morro Bay and the installers work as a team. One of the crew came back same day to drop off extra filters and show me how to operate digital thermostat. I was really impressed and best of all I’m toasty warm!

The next door neighbor called a «60 minutes» company who came out and said his house was ready to burn down. They came to our house and wanted to check our duct work. They came out saying it was a mess and was going to be «really, really expensive.» We called PH&SM because they had put in the furnace. The next day they came, went under the house and said there was ONE brace that was loose. Tom fixed it, replaced the filter, replaced batteries, cleaned the flame sensor and was gone in less than an hour with a — get this — $ 95 bill! We will tell our next door neighbor to have another estimate. Hope he listens. It’s really nice to know there are honest people we can count on! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Dolly who is in the office and answers the phone when you call is so super nice. These guys were professional and Dan the owner was really nice and fair. They put in some new venting for my heater and A/​C, also new dryer venting. they were quick, clean and thorough. So glad that we found Dan at Pacific Heating to take on the job of replacing our furnace and rerouting our duct work. We had four companies submit bids. All of them agreed with what we already knew — our existing heating system was substandard and poorly designed. Our upstairs bedrooms were ovens, our downstairs family room was a fridge, and our main living areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) were never comfortable during cold weather. The challenge was how to replace everything, balance the distribution of heat, and monitor it until it worked properly. Of the four companies that submitted bids, Dan gave us the most confidence that he could do the job the best. In addition, his estimate for doing the work was very reasonable. The location of the furnace was moved from our garage to our attic. Gas lines and electrical lines needed to be moved. Additional vents and ducting were added. We knew the new location in the attic would probably increase the noise factor somewhat, but Dan has been exceptional in his effort to continue to tweak the new furnace to reduce noise and maximize the distribution of heat around our house to ensure that we are completely satisfied.
