SanDee Winn Massage

SanDee Winn’s massages are a little bit of heaven. I have enjoyed her for various types of massages (My personal favorite is the warm coconut oil massage.)I have benefitted greatly from her cranial/​sacral work as well. She has very strong healing hands, an enormous amount of helpful insights and information on how to cure what is ailing you, and an open ear if you have a specific concern or area that needs particular attention.
I like her latest studio since it is easy parking, pleasantly decorated, and convenient for shopping or beach going before or afterward. Her prices are competitive and well worth the money. I have always been more than satisfied with her ability to make me feel more comfortable and uplifted after a session. Her personal, yet professional approach to the healing arts is a most welcome addition to the Morro Bay area. I can see why many people travel a long way just to experience her excellent touch.

Sandee is a very down to earth and professional therapist. She concentrated on my problem areas which gave me great relief. She also followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing. I will be returning!

What a story! Within a few short days, having progressed from ankle tenderness to crutches, to level 10 pain, I was needing support so I contacted SanDee while on vacation in the Central Coast. I walked in on crutches at 1:30, was out the door by 2:30, and by 3:30, I was walking without crutches and have moved from a level 10 pain threshold to a level 2! I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for a couple of weeks so after three visits to the chiropractor (huge help) I decided it was time to deal with the soft tissue issues of my back. As I’m not familiar with who’s who in Morro Bay, I researched Unilocal and found SanDee. Both my wife and I ended up with 90 minute massages from SanDee. While I write this the next day after the massage, I know that SanDee has already helped. Not being a novice to massages, I can tell you that SanDee knows what she is doing and does it well. Both the wife and I are happy we visited SanDee and hope to have another massage before we leave beautiful Morro Bay.

I’ve been lucky enough to find SanDee over a year ago when she opened up at the Holistic Movement Center in Morro Bay. Since then, I’ve been seeing her regularly for both relaxing/​maintenance type massages and whenever I need a particular area worked on due to injuries, misalignments, etc. She has a firm understanding of the human body and the purpose and position of every muscle, tendon, ligament. She also has extensive knowledge is trigger point therapy, which I take advantage of almost every time I see her. I also like the peaceful setting of the massage room, and she’ll go the extra step by using heated stones, hot wet wraps for the feet and neck, and Reiki. I’ve also noticed that she is continually learning knew techniques, which keeps her skills honed and growing.
I highly recommend SanDee for your next massage. You will not regret it.

Wow. If you’re looking for an incredible massage, then your search is over! I’ve received several massages from SanDee, and have felt beyond fabulous every time. I swear that after I get a massage from her I’m at least an inch taller! She has incredible intuition and always gets to the cause of the problem, rather than just working on superficial muscles like some therapists. She has very strong hands, but somehow knows when to be gentle over areas that are sensitive. I highly recommend SanDee’s services!
