Kim was the sales associate. I had to return two Fitbit watches. She was courteous and quick. Compared to the location in lithonia this was a welcome breeze.

Man this place is a hot unorganized mess. I kid you not, I saw at least 5 people during my wait there walk in and walk out without receiving any help. Those were paying customers that you pissed off and once you piss a customer off it’s hard to get them back. As for me if I really didn’t need a case to protect my iphone 6+ I would have walked as well. If I don’t have to go to this location I avoid it.

While I can’t say I’ve had a problem with this location, AT&T in general, BLOWS!!! I frequently get «Network Busy» when trying to make calls and that’s when I actually have service. It’s as if when the wind blows I lose service same with my data service which is dreadfully slow. And their service plans are outrageous, when I get my bill it is 28 pages long. I’ve had Boost and Metro PCS, neither of which sent me more than a friendly text a week before the bill was due.

Laziness in business never works… Went there to attempt to upgrade a phone. (which I thought would be great biz for them) this heffa lied and said that there was a problem on my upgrade (which ended up being a problem created by the team member who helped us previously). She also said she could not fix it with customer care because they are closed sundays. so I go home and call customer care thinking I would get a recording of when their hours were… i instead got a customer care associate, meaning the heffa was too lazy to call and fix our problem… they were open sundays… horrible… i can go on and on about the bs endured at this location. I guess it’s easy for them because they are the only att in this piece of shit town… THANKS GOOOOODNESS i was only visiting, headed back to cali happy I dont have to deal with these fools anymore, sad that my sisters dont have a choice.
