I visited the store last week setting up a phone switch and activating some other lines. That was on a friday. They said«they would have my new phone on monday to return and get it set up.» I returned on monday and the rep who told me I was going to have my phone ready was not present and the phone I ordered was not available. I complained to the rep and she said my concern was ridiculous because I asked to speak to a manager who kept me waiting until I requested to see him a second time. the manager Tim Edmonds was extremely impolite and unhelpful. When I asked him what he recommended he said he did not know what to do. He basically wanted me to stop asking him to help me and hurried me out the door. His tattooed co-worked mumbled under her breath criticizing me for being upset. I have been a Sprint customer for over 10 years. I have 6 phone lines and other devices. I was ready to quit Sprint but I went to Peachtree City. My man Jarred hooked me up and gave me the normal Sprint service. I wouldn’t ask this store for toilet paper let alone phone support. Take your business to Peachtree City.

My phone is currently being re-ordered and replaced due to a malfunction in the hardware. I haven’t been told to pay for anything yet, which I appreciate that my insurance on the phone will actually honor their words by replacing it for free. We’ll see. Just taking it one step and a day at a time. It’s not that I’m not grateful… I am paranoid about people’s words when it comes to insurance. It’s like you have to listen carefully and make sure you let them know what it is that you need or you are done with. «There is nothing we can do for you.» Seriously, we actually went to another SPRINT store nearby prior to this one and found out they weren’t even THE actual«Sprint» store. Lol. I learned about this because of the HUGESIGN that says«SPRINT» right above the store. BUT… you have to read everything on the freakin door, because when I did that, I realized they are another chain under SPRINT if that makes any sense. This store has some red flag alerts. After 30 minutes of trying to «help us» and giving us false information about having to wait 24 hours to activate a phone, the lady at the front desk finally says«Oh we’re not really SPRINT» so we really can’t help you. So why didn’t you save us the time and just tell us about the store not really being«Sprint» in the first place? You could have saved us the time along with the gentlemen on the sides whispering in the back who knows what and giving us the run arounds. I’m going to investigate this«non-sprint» store. Consider yourself warned because that store is a poor representation of SPRINT if they are even legit. We have been with SPRINT since 2001 and the service has been up and down. Right now, the quality of SPRINT service doesn’t look too good, at least in this area that I’m in. I’m going to update more after next week and let you know if I actually got my new phone.

If you like waiting long times this corporate store is for you. The entire staff look and act as if someone has died no smiles nothing. Very disappointed in the 3 different times I returned for the same issue. Do yourself a favor premier wireless sprint in mcdonough is nicer and the people there atleast smile and thank you. The service I received at this store is a joke I am not cattle and this place isn’t the DMV . IF I NEVERHAVETORETURNHEREAGAINITWILLBETOOSOON… SPRINTFIXTHISCUSTOMERSERVICEJOKENIGHTMARE…
