I stayed here for 5 days and paid for 2 rooms. When I first checked in, none of the rooms were clean because the entire housekeeping staff had quit. After my experience I totally see why.
Was told I couldn’t renew my room for another night but other customers were able to right in front of me. The customers had the exact same room as me. I called corporate 4 times and they didn’t care and I called the location. Horrible company. Disgusting rooms. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Good luck on room service can take to 5 hours till you finally get some clean towels or to get a clean bed set! Morning staff barley speaks English and prices change daily for no reason! Never again!

Before I continue writing my review any further let me first say that I have stayed here numerous times over the past year and a half and while the rooms aren’t necessarily perfect they are a good value if you have a coupon (available at the visitor’s center on the same road as the hotel) and are comfortable. When I did have significant issues with my room the management was willing to help resolve problems I had by reducing my room rate a couple times at check out and even allowed me to use an expired coupon before since I stayed there so often and were welcoming when they recognized us when we checked in.
It pains me to rate this hotel so low since I have many fond memories here, however, after my first stay now that the hotel has new owners I have already had a bad experience. We were booked a handicapped room for some reason even though we did not ask for it and are obviously not disabled and the room had numerous problems including: a leaky shower head, loose towel racks, a dirty towel with a blue stain and curly black hair, stained carpet, and an annoying connecting door which enabled dog barking to be heard very loudly. Also, I was woken up twice by employees rudely trying to enter the room to replace the fridge and to clean the room even though check out isn’t until noon (there was no do not disturb sign for me to hang to avoid this).
Although I can look past this many problems if my room rate is adjusted accordingly the new owner would not let me apply a coupon at check out or adjust the room rate whatsoever since «the taxes have already been paid» even though the system is able to do that since I had it done in the past. I would have been happy with even a $ 10 deduction in the room rate for the problems I listed off to him but he was unwilling to offer anything, not even an apology for the room’s unkempt state. The hotel already does not feel nearly as welcoming or friendly as it did before and it seems like where I once enjoyed staying is now a thing of the past and has sadly turned into an inhospitable money-​hungry venture. I do not mean to sound racist but it appears most of the staff has already been replaced by the owner’s family or friends who are from a very populated country in south Asia. This is fine but if you’re going to live up to stereotypes and try to keep every penny you take in then good luck keeping your visitors happy or repeat guests coming back as you attempt to profit off of your crumbling American dream.

The worst hotel experience ever!!! The first room they gave me hadn’t even been cleaned nor did the ac work properly! I should’ve ran for the hills after that but I allowed them to switch me rooms. Once I walked into the second room it was literally stains on the sheets and floors, absolutely no towels, and the ac still didn’t work! This place needs to be shut down! Don’t waste your time coming here!

You are better off sleeping in your car. The air conditioner doesn’t really work and looks as if it contains black mold. It has been reassembled (poorly) with all the dial indicators upside down so you don’t even know what to select. Television is a 1990’s model that picks up maybe 4 channels which aren’t clear. The wi-​fi is practically non-​existent. Sketchy part of town. Very loud and disruptive clientele. Looks like a lot of prostitution and drug activity going on in parking lot. The place in just unclean and busted up.
