Warning a hugh flying roach in hotel room. I made resrvation for June 10, 2016. I was sitting in bed watching TV and I notice a huge roach on wall. I tried to hit it with a shoe it flew off the wall around the room. I contacted front desk and asked to be given another room. No rooms available she stated. I packed my things around 12 o clock a.m. I turned in key cards and asked for a refund. The clerk stated manager will not be in until the next day but a message with my contact info will be given. No response in 2 days. I called and ask for manager. Finally RJ stated only 25% could be refund. He would need to get permission to give full refund. Next day RJ stated supervisor only authorized 30 dollars to be refund for a 120 total cost. I am not happy and had to leave due to roach flying around the room. Very disappointed.

Decent hotel with a much better price than the similar hotels located closer to the airport. Room furniture is not brand new but is pretty new. Will stay here again.

This hotel is awesome. Inexpensive and nice. Only downfall is we booked 4 nights and they only booked us for 3. So we had to come out of our pockets. Which really pissed me off! Could’ve at least gave us a discount for the inconvenience. But it’s a nice hotel.

A good value for 8000 points. Place is fair but shows wear. Very roomy though, we slept 6 comfortable with 2 beds and sleeper couch. Biggest complaint is the hot breakfast is very very limited and only served to 9am. Scrambled eggs or a waffle is it! Its a solid 3 star place… Id consider it again if a nicer place wasn’t available.

Ignore the 1 bad review. This place is the nicest room I have stayed in in the past week. I’ve stayed at a couple nice hotels in Pensacola and a Resort in Cancun. This place has nice comfortable beds. The building looks new or recently renovated. Pool looks nice. Best thing is the Direct TV with several HBO & Cinemax channels. Easy to channel surf. They also have FREE AIRPORT transportation… You do get what u pay for as far as Airport Transportation goes. We scheduled an 8AM departure from the hotel and the driver didn’t get us until 8:30AM making us rush around the airport. Next complaint is that we got a call at 10PM waking us up, from the front desk asking us to see them before we left. We did and the guy had no idea what the call was about. Not happy we got woke up and it ruined our sleep for the night. Everything was looking like 5 stars until the late night call. Sorry, but have to drop my rating to 3-​stars.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my grandmother and friends funeral and it was the worst stay in my life. I drove 12 hours for horrible service, the mini fridge wasn’t working and I asked the front desk several times to fix it and they never did. The room service came in one day and just put towels in the bathroom, no cleaning, vacuuming, didn’t make the beds. Second day came in made bed and that’s it, no cleanings, vacuuming, no clean towels. I went the front desk and told them about this, the person at the front desk name (RJ) said that my stay would be half price for the inconvenience, when the bill hit my account it was for full price. I called the hotel to try and speak with the general manager who I never heard from after calling the hotel almost a week straight, then I was told by the same front desk person (RJ) that the manager said the hotel would take of me and send me a email by end of business day 04/​15/​2015, never got email. Called hotel Saturday morning and front desk person (Frank) transferred me to Roy Kumia who claimed to be the owner who told me he will only credit me $ 25, so I ask for the corporate number. He told me they just became under Comfort Suites umbrella and there’s nothing the corporate office can do, he said it’s either accept the $ 25 he offering or its nothing! I can’t believe after burying my grandmother and close friend on the same day I would have to deal with this kind of treatment. I’LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!!

Great experience here! Bed was comfortable and layout of the room was great. They have a clean gym and a heated pool. The breakfast was okay but the lady that handles the area was outstanding. She will brighten up your morning and have a great rest of your day. Just like your cup of coffee! :)

Easy to find, very clean, beautifully decorated, great value, and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly, loved the morning breakfast lady, she was a hoot! Only one little complaint, no coffee cups in the rooms, but overall would stay again
