Been eating at Cracker Barrels for years, and our traveling family of five agreed, as if we can ever agree on anything, that this one had the best food of all of them. They totally got the breakfast order right, and everything was exactly as expected. In fact, it was all really good. Not bad for a busy Sunday morning. Hats off to great management and employees!

Everyone here is super nice and friendly! It was very busy but we had great service. We got brunch and the food was great. The food was very fresh and came out hot! Definitely a great Cracker Barrel.

The food is not bad but it’s not the greatest. The staff is nice and we were seated pretty quick. I had the eggs, turkey bacon, biscuits, grits and pancakes. I’m Haitian so I like seasoning on my food. But overall it’s not too bad. I wasn’t crazy for the pancakes. My husband has steak, eggs, biscuits and pancakes. He was slightly satisfied. We will probably come back but not anytime soon.

The food here is excellent. They give two different menus to their customers. One for breakfast which is available all day and one for lunch/dinner from 11am. I choose a meal from the breakfast menu and it was amazing. I cleared my plate. The wait time on this Sunday morning wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The host said 20 minutes and it only took about 15. I would definitely eat here again.

Having tried several locations, I’ve figured out what it us that detracts from the experience: reheated food(aka leftovers), many served in individual serving cups(with all the panache of a cafeteria). Pecan pie is considered«seasonal»?? Consistent nationwide so you know what to expect, just don’t expect too much.

Worst customer service. The waitress brings everyone’s meal except mine, which was fine at first as she said she would be bringing it out as soon as it’s ready. She promised she didn’t forget my meal and 10 minutes after my party had finished their meals, and after I asked the hostess about my dinner as our waitress was no where in site, she finally arrives with my meal… which was a simple chicken salad! Obviously the food is not her fault, but a simple explanation of what was holding it up would’ve been fine. We never got our drinks refilled, never asked how our meal was, she left a random baked potato at our table, forgot portions of two friends meals. All around horrible experience. Don’t come here.

The only reason why this got 2 stars, because I had better experience here back then. I came her with my family and boyfriend today, and I regret it. We sat at our table waiting for a long ass time. We placed our drinks order, but it came out after we got our food. Not only that, the drinks were wrong. Usually a salad would come out first because it’s the simplest but when I left, it didn’t even come. This is the first time I experience this type of services. It probably because of my waitress.

This is probably one of the worst Cracker Barrel’s I’ve visited. Your take-out order is never done when you get there and sometimes it’s wrong. Managers seem to not care if the customer is ok. On a previous visit, I found a piece of the can in my fried apples. And again, managers are like whatever. I don’t plan to come to this location ever again. They don’t seem to care about the customer’s dollar or concerns.

I came here for brunch and it was crowded. We managed to get a seat because there were only two of us so it was easy. The service was quite OK but could’ve been better because we were not served with utensils and had to ask, no sauces and had to ask for it. The food wise was terrible, I was quite disappointed because I heard good raves about Cracker Barrel. We ordered a Chicken Pot pie, Fried Chicken breast, and steak with mac and cheese. The Chicken Pot Pie was filled with lots of chicken, perhaps too much that I couldn’t enjoy the gravy and soup of it because there were too little soup in it. As for the fried chicken breast, it was too dry and too thick piece making it bland and dry. The Steak was full of fats making it hard to eat for brunch. I don’t think I will visit again because of the price and taste of the food. However, it is nice to visit their retail store, they do have a lot of interesting things there and the cashier ladies were really nice.

Ran’Di was a wonderful server. Our food was hot when served and very flavorful. The haddock was very good and a very large portion. Always good experience at this location. And I always appreciate the«A» health score. The store staff were friendly and helpful also.

Had the prime rib sandwich. Which reminded me of the one I had a longhorn steakhouse. The one at longhorn steakhouse had chunks of precooked tasting meat that had that frozen taste. The one at cracker barrel was way better. The meat was cooked to order and looked like it had been shaved off like a kebab, yum. I like how on even on a busy day like Saturday around lunch time mind you, their quality and hospitality is still top notch. Honestly nowhere I’ve been has been so great.

OMG!!! Waffle House would’ve been cheaper and MUCH better! This was the ABSOLUTE worse EVER!!! From the server who said there were no flavored teas to my «crispy» pancakes and runny egg whites(scrambled hard)! When do you have to ask for refills, my entire party did! It will be a while before I frequent Cracker Barrel and it WILLNOT be this one when I do!!! The store was clean and we were seated very quick. We did notice that there were several tables to include us that were seated without a drink order taken for a while.

The weekends can be very busy especially on Sunday mornings/brunch hour. So expect a wait on table and food. We were a group of 10 that half the table go their food first and the other half waited. The manager came around apologizing, I mean what can be done when there is the morning rush but I do appreciate that they recognized the problem. So thank you for that. They overcooked my bf’s steak but the waiteress rectify that and upgrade his to a ribeye steak, cooked perfectly! It pays to be polite! Even though I didn’t like the wait, it was well worth it. I left out of there full and happy.

Its Cracker Barrel. Really, really hard to mess up not only the product, but also quality service. Located adjacent to the I-75 North exit off of Southlake plaza in Morrow, this location is a good choice if you don’t want to eat at IHOP next door, or even Wafflehouse. Parking fills up quick here, and cars are always zipping around quickly within the area, so be mindful. You can’t go wrong with getting some of Cracker Barrel’s basics. For me, the basics are The Momma’s Breakfast, which is three buttermilk pancakes, eggs(I chose over-easy), and bacon with sausage patties. You can mix up your bacon & sausage patty choices by choosing two strips of bacon with one patty, or vice versa. You just have to request this with your server. Service is quite prompt here, as well as genuine. I’ve been coming here for years, and it has been very consistent. Hope to continue returning for a hearty breakfast while traveling within the Atlanta metro area.

My God-Sister came all the way from Los Angeles on business and visited this location this morning(August 8, 2015). Bottom line is that the party of 12 – 13 states that the service was horrible. The food wasn’t prepared well and they didn’t even enjoy the grits! Grits are so simple with water, cream and butter?!? Perhaps this location had a tough Saturday morning.

We were set at the table 10 minutes waiting for service. The pop was very syrupy. Our food was served burnt and without sides at first. When taken back, they returned the BBQ chicken without BBQ sauce. We, along with 3 other tables that I observed, were served our food without silverware. The experience was awful and that is putting it politely.

Stopped here for dinner on a trip with a table of 9. Our poor hostess and waitress seemed a little overwhelmed at first but they caught up pretty quick. Service was great, we were brought everything we needed pretty quickly. Our waitress even handled a minor argument over who was paying for dinner very well. The food was also delicious and everyone in the store was very nice.

Walked in and the little country store they have was so refreshingly stocked with spring items and americana décor… The waitress was excellent. I had ordered their yummy chicken ‘n noodles which they came out excellently good. Hubby ordered the beans ‘n greens, he said those were great, especially for his diet that he just started doing. The restrooms were very clean and even had a pear lotion to use after you wash your hands, very good lotion. Smelled great. They also srll it in their store. Overall, this was a great experience and great food and all for $ 15 bucks.

I love Cracker Barrels and try to stop at one for lunch every time we travel. No matter what time of day we stop I always order breakfast. They have the best big breakfast with eggs, country ham, grits, gravy, apples and hot biscuits. A delicious meal for a reasonable price.

Best breakfast place in town. It is funny that IHOP is right next to it because their food is more expensive and nothing compare to CB. Cracker Barrel has the best pancakes, i love there all natuaral syrups, crispy bacons, and sausage. Their dinner selection is not bad neither. The fried chicken and ham and country fried steak are delicious. You gonna have to wait 20 minutes or more during the weekend because they are very crowded and service is little slower. But the food is really good.
