Inconsistent service is the best way I can describe my experience throughout the store. I can have very pleasant interactions with some staff and annoying ones with others. Recently, one of the demo people decided to only give samples to children and not adults cause she was about to leave. She then talked about the adults who gave her sour faces to a coworker. My question is, how many kids drove to the store and paid of the items?! I bet all kids there came with an adult. I saw at least 2 adults decide not to buy the item she was demoing because of that stunt. I’m sure which is worse, a rude employee, or one who talks about the customers within earshot. To boot, as we were leaving I saw meat, formerly frozen foods and other cold items in baskets with stuff that needed to be restocked. I wondered if the cold items would be thrown away because I’m sure the meat I saw probably should have been. Anyway, it makes me glad there are other warehouse options. I have to go out of my way to get to a warehouse store. If I have to do so, I might as well go to one with better service, more organic options, better food handling practices, and consistent customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. I needed to make a return. I am waiting an hour now and still waiting. They are so SLOW!

The BAKERY needs to get it together. I love Sam’s whipped icing cupcakes. I’ve made about 3 or 4 orders from this location. They messed up my order TWICE. Both times I asked for whipped icing. The first mistake… I was understanding. The second one was a very important order. It was for my sister’s birthday and she ONLY eats whipped icing. I was in charge of cakes for her. I made her a reg cake and ordered whipped icing cupcakes from Sam’s. When I made the order… I SPECIFICALLY said. ‘can you please make sure it’s whipped icing because my order was messed up the last time’. To my damn surprise. to the disappointment on my sister’s face… THEICINGWASNOTWHIPPED.

COMEON, MAKEWALLYPROUD! This is the first time that we had visited this store because it is quite a ways from our home. However, we needed to make a Sam’s stop and this one just popped up during our search. This Sam’s has been here for approximately 27 years, but has recently been remodeled. The first thing we noticed upon exiting our vehicle was the trash strewn around the parking lot. I have never seen this in any Sam’s and I have shopped in at least six different states. No Excuse! Things just got worse as we entered the store because we noticed a big empty space where stock should be,(where is the huge patio furniture display?). We further noticed that they just did not have the inventory,(clothing selection), that we have in our Alpharetta store, so we left without purchasing anything. As we left, we decided to wait in line for gas since Sam’s is known for the best prices. This too was a bust because after we filled up for $ 2.54, we noticed that the gas was $ 2.48 at the Quik Trip across the street. Uggh! One and done!

This customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. NEVER do a pick up order. It takes the little old ladies in the lock up cage forever to read the tiny numbers on the paper, and they will complete anything they are doing first like stocking the cigarette shelves for 5 min before they help you. You’re quicker to go get the item off the shelf yourself! They need some better training at this location. So glad I have a Costco membership as well because this sames is horrible as far as customer service. However the deals are still good. but that’s probably a corporate thing.

I haven’t been inside yet but I love the gas station. Everyone that knows about Sam Club gas knows that the prices are much cheaper that your QT’s or Racetracks of the world. It’s usually not that crowded at this location but I will say that the first Sunday that I came over here there was a bit of a line. I guess this is an after church stop.

The worst experience I’ve ever had from any store in Ga. My husband purchase a 14k gold bracelet for my birthday and it fell apart after wearing it about 5 times, I went back to return not for money just replace it with another bracelet and was treated like I did something wrong by the lady at the jewelry counter who have sold me many bottles of cologne. They gave me the run around for about an hour with no solution. I came back home called my credit card company and found the date purchased and the amount, then I called called the 1−800-# finally got the nicest lady and she had a mgr. call me back. The manager listened to my story about what happen and how I was treated in the Morrow location, he then told me to come to the Stone Crest Sam’s and ask for him when I arrived there I was approach by the lady who I spoke to me on the phone. She escorted me and my husband to the jewelry counter and gladly replaced it with a new bracelet, I think her name was Gina and I was appreciative. Thank goodness for corp. and the Stone Crest location. I will never shop at Morrow ever again and will leave the appropriate review for Stone Crest

Okay. So I come here when I am at work and I do like many things about this store. Since I shop at about 3 – 4 different Sam’s locations I will say that I am at a 3.5 Star for this location. The prices of some of the items here can be a little more than the store in McDonough and Douglasville. Demographics i’m sure. Because the locations out North Point and the Sam’s in Pooler/Savannah/Tybee Island are are cheaper than the McDonough and D’Ville locations. I know this because I have a slight shopping problem. But that problem allows me to know that I paid $ 8.99 for and item in McDonough and now the Jonesboro location is trying to charge me $ 9.99. WHAT? Really? Anyway… I shop at more than one location because I find that they also sale different items in each location. So if I want Plan Almonds then I stop at the Jonesboro location. But if I want a certain skin care product then i have to get it in McDonough. Now I am still not happy with the fact that none of the locations are keeping their prices down low enough. The Jonesboro location is now in competition with the newly built QT, which is located directly across the street from Sam’s. So their gas can be relatively cheap from time to time. I also come here with my coworker to grab the $ 1.50 Beef hot dogs and a Soda meal.
