If you want cold food eat here! I never have a problem with other Truett’s/ Chic fil a… just make a trip down one more exit to Chic fil a in Stockbrige for a hot meal. You’ll thank me later.

Usually, go through the drive, always a nice experience. Great breakfast, salads and they make the best hashbrowns.

I’ve been going to this Truetts Grill since it open in the early 90’s. It’s had somewhat of a downfall but I think that’s just because of how Morrow and Clayton county are somewhat of a crapper.
All the servers and staff there are very friendly and nice which is refreshing considering the area and neighborhood.
Clean dining area, clean bathroom, parking lot is also very clean.

This is always my go to place whenever I want anything related to chicken lol. I only give them 3 stars was because there are so many times where I went to thrive thru for some late night snacks, and the fries are always old, and they somehow always got my orders wrong. The first time, I ignored it because I didn’t want to drove back, but the second time I did. They apologize and give me a new one and also coupon, but the fries are the same –_–

This is the second nighttime visit that has been made with Slow service. We were told to seat ourselves then we waited and waited! Finally upon asking who our server would be, we were told and the young man had passed us server all times without any recognition. The night manager seems to NOT be on top of their game. This is disappointing because the day crew is so much more efficient.

Best customer service ever, food is always delicious! Every time I go through the drive thru, no matter what I get, it’s always right, always quick and alway yummy! I love getting a grilled market salad with an Arnold Palmer to drink! AH-​MAZING!

I’m usually here going through the drive through, my order is always correct and every person I have interacted with through the window has been amazingly friendly. Even if they are severely suffering on the inside like the rest of us :(they do a great job at providing awesome service

Our first visit to Truett’s Grill and I am thoroughly impressed! It’s a little sit down attached to Chick-​Fil-​A with atmosphere of a 50’s-60’s local café.
Having enjoyed the veggies at Dwarf House many times both Mrs. Reviewer and I had the 3 item veggie plates which come with cornbread muffins.
She chose the sweet potato soufflé, mac & cheese and green beans. She reports the green beans were fantastic, the sweet potato very good and the mac & cheese was okay. She wants you to know the sweet potato soufflé while good was very sweet and could be a dessert.
I had okra, field peas and collard greens. These collard greens were the best I’ve ever had, simply mouthwatering. The okra was fresh, well cooked and delicious and the field peas were top notch!
All in all, we enjoyed our first visit to Truett’s Grill and recommend it highly!

Chick diet heaven. Close four eyes and you think you are at the dwarf house. Always great service was good food

I love chick fil a! I have never heard of a Truetts grill and it is awesome! To have chickfila plus other goodies!!! Love it and the atmosphere is so cool!

You cannot expect anything less than 5 stars when you think of Chick-​Fil-​A. When you think of Chick-​Fil-​A, you think of great service, warm smiles, delicious food, and friendly faces. Well guess what? That’s definitely what you get when you walk into this Chick-Fil-A/Truett’s. I have never had a bad experience here, and the staff is always super friendly.

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling to Savannah. You can pretty much order many items that you can get at a Chick-​fil-​A in addition to their own entrees. The servers were very friendly. I ordered the same thing I usually get (egg n chicken biscuit with tots)…instead of wrapped up in a foil inside of a paper bag, it came on a plate, «deconstructed» — which was a nice change. Everything was good!

Taste like a sweet southern grandma is in the back cooking everything with extra love! So good!

Drive thru service is lacking. I have been there multiple times and seem to have some sort of issue a majority of the time. I am unsure if this is a new employee training center, it seems like every employee is a teenager and they like talking to each other more than serving customers. I now drive all the way to the Lake City Chik fil A to get food. Service is far superior and they all seem to care. I do not remember Truett’s being so slack when Mr. Kathy was alive… Very sad to see his name disrespected this way.

Who doesnt love Chick Fil A? This is by far the coolest one I’ve ever been to, it is a diner style. Great staff. I highly recommend people stop by.

Fast, attentive service and hot, fresh food. Half the place is your typical Chickfila with the walk up ordering and seat yourself atmosphere. The other half is a waited sit down restaurant with extra offerings, such as a breakfast buffet, burgers, patty melts, sandwich and chicken platters, and various sides. I was please to see they have some of the discontinued or seasonal offerings on the menu that normal chickfilas have, such as the tortilla soup (my favorite), lemon merengue pie, and the carrot and raisin salad.
Overall, pretty typical Chickfila offerings with that standard quick and attentive service.

Ok so I love this place. Have since forever. If youve never been here its basically Chick-​fil-​a eith an extended menu.
So why the extra love now? They noe keep drive thru open til midnight Mon-​Sat. Awwwww yisssss. I got a nugget meal that came with a few extra nuggets. Maybe its because I got it at 1030 pm and they gad a lot made already… maybe its because this place just does that. Either way I will be back.

Not just your regular Chick-​fil-​a! This retro diner was a nice place to stop along our road trip for a quick yet relaxing lunch; indeed, I’d recommend it to travelers because of the clean bathrooms and hand sanitizer stations all over the place. It was great to sink into one of the big cushy booths and have a meal.
Truett’s has got lots of kid appeal with the model train set that runs around the ceiling and the mini-​door that comes in from the lobby.
One thing was confusing: there are two entrances. We went into the to-​go ordering area, but then ate in, not realizing that you could have gone in another door to the hostess stand and been seated for table service. The waitresses still checked on us and offered us refills.
Service was unfailingly polite, and the establishment was tidy (I will mention the restrooms again, as we encountered many that were not so in our travels…). This would be a nice place to dine, whether you’re local or passing through.
