Starbucks

Went in a few days ago. Staff is bitchy unfriendly and line is long. Bring Vince and Courtney back. Will no go back.

Service very bad I order drink and it took them 10 min to get it ready and she just left it at the Table without telling me it was ready I think the girl need to learn more about customs service

This place is convenient because of the huge parking lot and sure — there’s always a line but that’s the case at every Starbucks that I frequently go to.
So why the three stars?
I think there are a few simple things to kick it up a notch here, perhaps 1) smile and say welcome, after all, I’m happy to be here as a customer 2) play some background jazz music, something to let you know that you are in a comfortable place 3) does the place have free wifi? I couldn’t gain access and the barristas were to busy to ask and finally 4) I was, on a number of occasions, allowed to split my Venti extra chocolate chips Frap into two smaller cups. Well one day a new person just said «no» and that could have been handled better because my feelings were hurt.
But I’ll keep coming back, I’m just being nit picky and I know that’s what you’re thinking.

A bit small inside. Outside seating not the best of scenery. Basically looking at closed businesses near by. But staff is very friendly.

Place used to be awesome. Manager was changed and now it’s terrible. Service is awful. Staff is bitchy and or incompetent. I go out of my way to go to the starbucks down dempster in skokie. Bring Vince and Courtney back.

Starbucks products and drinks are much too expensive to have someone like a «barista» named Shelby throwing fits and splashing people with coffee and foam, because she is angry at her coworkers — because goodness, they dared call her from out back to make some drinks for the customers. Then, when she realized she was probably a little too rude, «oops» was all that came out of her mouth.
That was my last trip to Dempster in Morton Grove Starbucks.

Coffee taste amazing here. Drive thru is pack in morning so it’s better to go inside. Like to come here on afternoon when is less people.

This Starbuck’s is efficient enough.
My biggest gripe is that the drinks are highly variable depending on the barista. For example, my go-​to iced Americano comes with a range of 5ish half cubes of ice to the cup half full of ice, depending on who’s making it. I don’t like it when my first sip is lukewarm liquid, and I prefer the cup to be half full of ice cubes.
On my last visit, I specifically told the barista to fill the cup half full of ice. I thought for sure he didn’t hear me or misunderstood even though I repeated it bc when my drink was made up, it had 4 micro ice cubes in it. And lo and behold, «½ cup ice» was written on the cup too (by him!). What! I think someone was in dire need of a few shots of espresso before coming into work…

My neighborhood Starbucks and it’s wonderful!
Small and not of a place for big groups, it’s fine for the metra commuters whose stop is not that far east from here.
I’m the type to drop in and go, so for me it’s no problem. I order, wait a few seconds and then I’m out the door!

Service creates quality. Unbelievably rude blonde cashier. I waited 20 minutes for my salted caramel mocha and they «forgot» about my ordered chocolate chip cookie when I reminded them of it yet they continued to warm up everyone else’s pastries and I had to tell them 3 times to simply give me the cookie without warming and the young, blonde cashier laughed and gave it to me. This isn’t the first incident something like this has occurred there. Unfortunately, this is the only Starbucks on my way to work or else I wouldn’t go. This Starbucks truly needs new staff or a meeting on how to be polite.
