Horrible. I did not even buy anything. Just had a few samples of the fro yo and blechhhh. The chocolate fro yo tasted very burnt and the strawberry tasted like expired yogurt. The place was also very empty. No one was in the building except for a cashier, who barely paid attention to us as we entered. She was on the phone the whole time. The place was very badly decorated as well, something from an awful 90s memorabilia museum.

Reasonably clean but toppings lack. All name brand toppings are full of cheap knock offs like«oreos», «kitkats», and«reeses». Many items tasted old or stale. Never again.

Seriously, are people being paid to write positive reviews about this place Or are all the positive reviews from friends of the owners? This place is the worst. They lure you in with the most adorable décor you can imagine and then shit all over your face with the gelatinous gruel they call frozen yogurt. Yes, it’s that bad. Enough for me to have gone here numerous times and been repeatedly disappointed. Whos crazier? Them for thinking that what they’re serving is actually worth paying? Or me, who’s come back with her punch card in hopes of better quality? Let’s cover the basics: the F$@#ing frozen yogurt. Today’s options were: Vanilla Custard: which came out clumpy and crystallized Original tart: which tasted like spoiled sour cream and was running like breast milk Chocolate: the syrup separated from the cream and came out one after the other Cake batter: vomit Dulce de leche/cookies n cream: the redeeming flavor of the night… though not actually ‘Frozen’ And now the toppings: I will say this– at least they HAVE toppings. The fruit has been standing out for god knows how long, so it’s mushy and spoiled(how about putting it on ice?!?(just a thought from a non-pro) the cookie dough had actually turned brown and pasty. How does that even happen?!? Yuck. With a capital gross.

Cute place, great yogurt, and they give you a punch card, too! This will be my sweet tooth stop for the summer. Ooh, and try the salted caramel pretzel yogurt!

I only went here a few times because the store just opened near my home. But their yogurt is less than great. The consistency is liquidy and not firm. They also do not have a wide variety of toppings. For me, I love yogurt chips, and they do not have yogurt chips. Also their fruit is not at a high quality. Their mangos have bruises and the rest of the fruit are not as fresh as other franchises like Forever Yogurt and Red Mango. But the worst experience that prompted me to write this review is that today, they did not let me in at 10:30pm when they closed at 11pm.

Good, clean place to grab some yogurt with the kids. Price is comparable to other yogurt shops nearby. Not as crowded. Will be back.

Clean, the yogurt is pretty decent. The toppings are a little weak. Skip Menchie’s, ok to visit this place, but prefer yogi mogli.

Wife and daughter were excited that a yogurt shop opened up in our neighborhood, so we decided to stop in with a flier that came in the mail. Upon entering, the place looks clean, new and pretty big. There were a variety of flavors, but I’ve seen places with an even wider assortment. Toppings were plenty and looked fresh. I’ll definitely come back and support my local business!

Walked in and the place was very bright and inviting. Pink, blue, white. Stars hanging from the ceiling. and vey clean. They had(i think) 8 selections of different frozen yougurt flavors. They had plenty of different selections of toppings and they all looked delicious. Tried some on our yogurts and they all tasted fresh and not out of a box. The taste of the yogurt was light and airy. I easily finished mine and did not have that full feeling which was great, made me feel better. This place reminds me of Suzy Swirl in Gurnee. I cant wait to see other varities througout the summer. My daughter loved the pink colored spoons that changed purple. Price wise, very reasonable, they weigh it and charge u based on per ounce. The reason i am giving it a 4 star is because the kid at the counter was more interested to the Hawks game than attending to us and asking how we were doing. The 2nd was that there were no free sample cups out in public reach, they ar all behind the counter so u would have to ask for them and i can see this being a problem in the summer when they are busy and you have to ask the employee for a few cups as they are tending to another customer, i can see this being an issue in the future. The 3rd, i know they are new but they def. need to get a website up with a phone number, instead of it all being on facebook. They should have the flavors listed somewhere so we all know what they are and when to expect new flavors.

My wife and I were excited that there was a new frozen yogurt place so close to home. The place was only open 10 days when we stopped in. The flavor choices were some of our favorites; banana, peanut butter, dark chocolate and candy cane. They have fruity choices as well as vanilla and tart as well as a large assortment of toppings. The layout is basically a cookie cutter copy of all the other frozen yogurt places that have popped up around the area. It was very echoey, which we hope will improve over time. They didn’t have any bags, but explained they had been ordered. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. The only troubling thing was that they had a canister of whipped cream on the counter that requires refrigeration. We called them out on it and they said they change it every 2 hours. Not good enough in our opinion. Put it in a bucket of ice so that it doesn’t spoil. Overall, we will return, next time with the kids, to enjoy the tasty frozen yogurt.
