Open until midnight? Here I am at 10:16 on a Saturday night when it’s 18 degrees out and they’re doors are locked. At least turn off your lights so you don’t confuse people. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a 6in flatbread with American cheese and Ham. It was very tasty, and I was not surprised because Subway always does a marginal-to amazing job!

In my last review, I took a Subway sandwich shop (Milwaukee ave, Oak Mill Mall, Niles) to task because of it’s poor customer relations. But this particular Subway I am reviewing now has the kindest. most cheerful and friendliest staff I have ever known.
My friend (who is my Caregiver because I am wheelchair-bound for distances) and I go to this Subway at least twice a month. The food, as in most Subways, is fresh. They give you what you want and the owner is such a wonderful guy! And quite funny.
Lately, we have been going for their great breakfast and drink combos ($ 2.50). Two weeks ago, we went in just after the «breakfast hour» was over, and the owner greeted us cheerfully and said that «we could still have breakfast, why not?» Now THAT’S customer service!
The food is great! All their subs and breakfasts are tasty. And it’s nice to see a wonderful SMILES on the faces behind the counter. They make me feel appreciated!
What a difference from the LAST Subway we went to.
