Morning staff is very polite but drive through takes forever. Last time there, it took 7 minutes for pancakes and a coffee.

Went through the drive-through for a fast bite after a long day and no one in the mood to cook or go out in the cold. The drive through was a great idea for all so my dining partner wanted a Whopper and fries while I wanted a double cheeseburger. When I ordered«just the sandwich» for the Whopper I was advised that it was Whopper Wednesday and that it would be cheaper to order the meal. It was a decent deal. The food was hot but I was appalled by the size of a «medium» drink which had to be 20 oz plus. That’s not this BK’s fault, but it was scary big. This experience was OK, but it is still fast food. Getting in and out of the parking lot if you are headed westbound on Baltimore Pike can be challenging.

This Burger King has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced. They messed my drive through order up, and I had to go back to the store to et the right burger. I walked out the door, checked it and it was STILL wrong. I went back, and the man behind the counter laughed. Seriously?! How professional??? Go somewhere else, this place is not worth the aggravation.
