Good luck on getting your order correct, in under 15 minutes and tasting decent. They can’t seem to get anything right… ever. Don’t go through the drive-​thru — it will take you a half hour!

I stopped into this Mound, MN location to take advantage of the ‘buy-​one-​get-​one free” offer for frequent buyers on Valentines Day weekend at about 2pm. In characteristic form for this location, the clerk (Karly G.) was sweet, friendly and helpful. Made sure that my order was just the way I like it … cheerfully celebrated with me that I was able to get this deal … and they prepared two, handcrafted beverages with extra espresso shots quickly and effortlessly. Love their coffee and I enjoy all the nice, money-​saving offers they send to me. I’ve never been disappointed here!

Can not come to Minnesota without visiting Carribou Coffe. Love Texas but hate I can’t get a mint condition white chocolate like this down there. I guess I wasn’t in a rush but did not have to wait or have bad service. I will forgive the one racist girl who threw yes threw my Apple Friters. I was in heaven and Lord only knows where she lives with such an ugly persona and heart. Yes a chain restaurant usually and really shouldn’t get five stars but I love me some mint condition. Ok not sure if it really that good but I like it.

I have always liked Caribou but new management at this location is the worst. Consistently messing up orders, slow slow slow and not willing to correct mistakes. CARIBOU LEADERSHIP FIX THIS!

As a former Caribou employee I was appalled by the 15 minute wait for a large cup of black coffee (drive thru, 7÷19÷15). The staff is in serious need of a manger able to inspire, lead, and hold employees accountable. The company standard is 180 seconds from order to receipt of product. They’ve failed to live up to the goal. Caribou says, «Life’s short, stay awake for it.» They’re right, but I’m not going to waste my time waiting in line at the Caribou in Mound. I’ll be blazing new trails finding a business that puts it’s customers first.

I love this place for its location, product, and friendly staff. That said, it is in particular need of some management– the staff are consistently behind on orders and confused on drinks. On several occasions we’ve waited over 15 min.
Additionally, the store is in need of cleaning and upkeep– there’s trash on the floor, under the cabinets, and things are often out– of-​stock.
Again, I love this place– it’s convenient and stuff tastes great. I really hope management can make some improvements to train and empower their employees to make for a better experience.

While your coffee is consistently good– I pay $ 4.69 for my md. White mocha and I get two inches of whipped cream on top. Come on caribou, give us what we pay for. I pay for coffee not whipped cream.

Hmmm some employees have there heads screwed on while others don’t. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow coffee is pretty consistent which is very important– how hard is it to remember a coffee bean?

This is my favorite Caribou to do work in! The staff is very friendly and my drinks are very accurate! I come back from college to do work sometimes and the baristas still remember my order!

Busy place. Great, friendly service. Lots of power outlets for the road warriors with low battery. We walk there whenever we’re visiting Mound.

I moved to suburbia temporarily, thus I needed to find a new coffee shop to inhabit. Even though I’m not a huge «chain» person, this is a great ‘bou. The baristas are really friendly (and they come around with free samples) and the tall windows fill the space with a lot of natural light (don’t worry computer-​heads, there are shades in case the glare on your laptop gets to be too much). My only concern is the size of the place. It’s not a small Caribou by any means, but it was packed all afternoon – so plan accordingly!

Awesome service and it’s a big location, so lots of places to sit. it’s always packed though. so be aware of busy-​ness. Also has a drive through!!!
