Brought my 8 yr old daughter, with stick straight hair, for a trim. Got home, and it was CHOPPY. I could easity have done it myself. Big chuncks were uneven, choppy, and even a lot of hair that she just plain missed when she cut it. Looked like her big sister did with with school scissors. Would NEVER go there again. Who can screw up totally straight hair?

I thought I could squeeze in a haircut before a movie and I was right. In and out in seven minutes. She slathered so much crap my hair I couldn’t tell if it was cut correctly or not. After a shower I saw that my hair was so uneven that there were areas that were as much as 1″ off from side to side. Seven minutes, $ 18 and I still had to clean up this haircut myself. Unbelievable!

Okay, so I didn’t let one crabby stylist at another location deter me from the chain. I used to come here all the time for my haircuts, now it’s just a little out of the way, but I made an exception. I got my usual haircut and the stylist was great. Conversations were okay and then I was out of there.
This location has been around for quite some time. I’m glad I have a back up place to go.
