It wouldn’t have been so bad if it weren’t for the awful customer service — VERY unfriendly except for the gal at night(who was new). The room was damp. No one could answer my questions. The trucker discount that I asked for(yes, I had my truck) was not applied. Could not get a hold of the manager. I felt like they didn’t want me there — it was an awful stay. Will not stay at another Days Inn.

I’m sorry but I can only give you guys 1 star because last time I stayed there and I had reservation and I told them 2 beds and they were trying to give me 1 bed and if I want 2 beds I had to pay extra $ 20.

Despite that the staff was friendly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Complete dump-Rug was old with many stains. TV had looked like someone put their cigarette out on it. Although we decided to go with a smoking room(We wanted the refrigerator and King size bed) the odor was unbearable. Then, when we got home all of our cloths stunk like the room. I don’t always blast places on social media but I truly felt an obligation to my fellow Unilocalers.

I have stayed here 2 nights a week for the last 8 years and I couldn’t be happier with the staff or the rooms. They offer a reasonable value. Anytime I have had a problem the staff has always addressed my problem right away. I would recommend to anyone.

Used to say this place had good«value for the price». This is my 4th stay but the place has gone downhill. As per others, could not get the shower temp over lukewarm. Have never experienced a bedbug infestation. Staff is not exactly surly, but neither welcoming nor helpful. I give 2 stars only for it’s convenient access to the northern suburbs. This is my final stay here.

Stayed here recently(10/12/2011). Had a three day reservation but had to leave after the first night. First, the place is old and really in need of a facelift, on both the interior and exterior. The room was very basic(you get what you pay for, … or do you??) and not well maintained. We had no hot water in the shower the night we stayed there. In the morning tried the shower again and still no hot water. Got hot water out of the sink, so the problem was not a lack of hot water, but probably the faucet mechanism in the tub. When I voiced my concerns to the manager in an attempt to get some sort of remedy, she simply shrugged her shoulder and said, «Well, I don’t know what to say.» I was thinking ‘You might say you can call a plumber to look at it’ … or any other number of things.’ It was clear she had no intention of addressing my concern, and I had no intention of taking cold showers for three days. Left to find another place for the remainder of our time there. This place is the last place I will stay at next time I am in the area.
