The food was good and the service was adequate — those are givens.
I want to educate you on the local customs so you dont look like a tourist! :-)
1. Dont try to pay when you order. This is not a fast food joint!
2. You will not receive a «check» at the end of your meal so dont ask for one!
3. HOWEVER, dont forget to pay after your table has been cleared! Many of us have been conditioned to leave after our table has been cleared. In our case, we were sitting outside and honestly almost left without paying (we were engrossed in conversation). Going back inside to pay was such an afterthought! But, that’s one of the things that makes this place unique.

What a fantastic little spot! A very well kept mom and pops kinda place. Had the eggs Fiona and it was very satisfying while the others with me had their cream chipped beef on biscuits. They really enjoyed it. The owner and staff were very friendly, pleasant and ready to serve you.
The space is limited and not for big parties that want to sit down, but it’s good enough to order and take it to the car!!! What a nice, little find!

Stopped by today for breakfast. The food (had the chipped beef) was excellent. The owner let us know that all of the dishes are made on site. We will absolutely be going back.

Fresh bread, fresh deli meats, fresh veggies! I love their shrimp & avocado blt and their Rueben can’t be beat! It’s a small place, very cozy. Not a long wait, but this is not fast food.

This is a pleasant experience with a family deli feel. The salad was good and the dressing was home made and fresh though not particularly creative. The omelet — meat lovers– was dry and a bit disappointing. Service was really slow and I was overcharged. Don’t go if you are in a rush.

I want to like this place because the owners are very friendly, but I am always disappointed with the food and portion sizes for the cost.

So this time we went for lunch. Ordered 3 bagels with cream cheese, a steak and cheese, meatball sub, and Reuben. Cost 40 bucks. Took about 30 minutes. The food was meh. The Reuben was the best part, but even that didn’t wow me. They still have good cannolis but I wouldn’t go there for lunch again.

I came here with my parents on a beautiful Saturday in August or September. The place was pretty crowded on the inside but there were some tables outside in the shade, so we sat there. My dad went in to order our food, and my mom and I sat outside.
It took a while for him to order, and then he took a while for our food to come out. You can order inside and then if you sit outside they will bring it out to you. Even though it took a while, it was really nice to sit outside. Sadly I didn’t get to see the inside much, but from what I could see, I would definitely enjoy it. I liked how they sold fresh produce.
The food was great! I had a club sandwich that was really good, and my parents both had eggs.
I will definitely come back here.

I had the grilled pastrami ruben with crab soup and wife had the BLT with New England clam chowder. Both were crazy good. The service was outstanding. Worth a visit. We plan to make it a regular stop whenever in the Mt Airy area.

It doesn’t get better than Concetta’s. This truly is a gem on mainstreet Mt Airy amongst other local businesses. I’ve come here twice now because it’s close to my work, and I can only hope to come more often!
The food is fresh and delicious. I believe they source everything locally too, which is a huge plus. I’ve had a chicken salad there and one of the Italian sandwiches. We also tried one of the desserts– it’s been a while now so I cant remember which one (it was my first time there)
I think their hours are kind of short but it’s a local place with a family feel so I dont mind

Sandwiches are always good, but pricey. Favorites are shrimp BLT and hot pastrami. Soups are ok. Staff and service are fantastic. Does feel like a small NY deli.

I LOVED this place! It feels so cozy on this small street in Mount Airy. You walk in and see all the breads and pastas from Italy. They have lots of homemade desserts and different types of bottled sodas and chips that I have never seen before plus breakfast all day long but we were there for lunch. They make everything fresh to order and it is cooked pretty much right in front of you. I ordered the cheese steak and I was not disappointed. It was a great sandwich and I took a bite of my wife’s muffaltta sandwich and that was fantastic too. I will definitely go back here much more often once we move to Mount Airy next month!

I love this unique, cozy, & charming deli-​style eatery. Not only do they have the best meatball subs but they also serve up one of the best breakfasts in town. The french toast is my favorite. In the warmer months, they offer bistro style seating outside too.
