IHOP

Came for dinner, ordered chicken Caesar. A lot of the lettuce was brown. Don’t think we’ll be coming here for dinner again.

It is ok, not great. If this is the only restaurant open, I may go again. Eggs are overcooked, hash browns are the dry side, and pancakes are less than fluffy. Our last visit here, we were the first patrons and I think there was only one guy running the whole place. Whoever is cleaning in the night crew needs to step it up, the floors were slippery — not from water but from a film of grease from someone obviously using dirty water to mop the floors. In general, the entire restaurant had a greasy feel. How is it possible to achieve this level of gross in a fairly new establishment?
Overall, the food could be better but the service was good and the coffee was plentiful.

What I expected nothing more or less, all in all a good experience.
Will definitely come back.

I have not been to an IHOP in years! With the amount of diners in Baltimore, I just assume go to one of them. I have to tell you, this was literally the best chain restaurant experience me and my wife have ever been to. It takes a lot for me to say that considering that we are both servers, and know a lot about restaurants and what can go wrong and right. The manager that sat us greeted us almost instantly. I don’t remember his name, all I remember is the pony tail (and the vikings jacket I wanted to rip off him and burn in the parking lot when he was leaving). The server came to our table again, almost instantly, very pleasant young man, who put a smile on our faces. The food came out hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. My wife got an omelette, and I got the country friend steak and eggs, with the criss cross croissant (strawberry and rhubarb). It was hot, fresh, and made a great start to our vacation to Deep Creek. Thank you guys, we will make this IHOP a regular stop when we head back to Deep Creek next year!

i hate ihop. The pancakes are dry and rubbery and the service and staff reek of half-​assery. I would rather go to Denny’s or Waffle House. Sober.

Great service and good food. It seems like a small IHOP from the outside but it still seats a lot of people inside. On Saturday and Sunday morning be prepared to wait for a table at least 10 minutes.
I’ve had good food here but have had to send food back because it was the wrong food. When I got my new order it was correct but you could tell that it was suppose to be another pancake and they just scrapped whatever was on it off.
Overall it was a good experience and it’s a nice place to get some breakfast at. Be careful though if you want extra chick lost chips it’s going to cost you an extra $ 1. They only out 10 chocolate chips on each pancake.

Went to this location and was very satisfied with my experience! Only problem is, how are people going to find this place? Weird location for such a classic breakfast spot. Brought the kids in for a bite to eat and the food was actually decent. Quick to come out and seemed fresh to me! Our waitress was Danielle and she did an excellent job. Stayed attentive to us and always arrived and departed with a smile, which was delightful since the other waiters/​waitresses didn’t seem like they wanted to be there (typical working teenagers). If you happen to be in the area, give it a try. And make sure to ask for Danielle!

Took my family there Sunday evening, 12/​29/​2013 for the first time since they opened.
Always thought they were just a pancake house… was I wrong!
Three of us had the grilled balsamic chicken… the consensus was that it was excellent.
One of us had the turkey/​stuffing/​mashed potatoes… the turkey was dry/​cold, and the mashed potatoes were probably straight from a can. Would probably get this again
but have them redo the turkey with something fresher.
The service was excellent. The place was clean.
The coffee was great. you get a huge pot.
The prices were also very reasonable.
Mt. Airy… we have a winner…
they got great dinner selections too, not just pancakes.
Go try it.

My family went to IHOP for breakfast over the weekend. The place is clean, the staff is attentive, the food made 2 members of our group ill. There was something not quite right with the sausage. We asked about it when we thought it tasted funny and were told it was the seasonings. If you stay away from the sausage dishes, it’s probably ok.

My first time at this new location was a pleasant experience! It’s gorgeous and clean inside since it is new.
The staff was all EXTREMELY friendly! I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so helpful and so nice and attentive. We kinda beat the Sunday morning rush, so we did not have to wait for a booth.
Drinks & food came promptly and were delicious as usual for IHOP. I will definitely be going back! :)
