I found and ate some slivers of metal cooked into my chicken and when I called to complain he told me it was part of there cleaning sponges and it happens sometimes like finding hair in your food! So disgusting!!!

Chinese food is very good. Very nice and friendly establishment, definitely one of the few good ones in the area.

I often get food from there several times and every time I get it I’m not impressed. The food tasted bad and for the price your paying it should be better. there are a whole bunch more Chinese places around Mt Dora. I guess I need to find a better one.

Always fast delivery and still got and fresh, better than the other take-​out Chinese restaurants in the vicinity

Plain location, however it had very fresh taste with quick service. Normal selection of food items for a qsr Chinese spot. A clean interior along with ample parking space makes this place perfect for a quick bite.

I ordered delivery from here tonight and it’s sad to say that the white rice was the best part. The terrible service started when the phone was taken away from the nice gentleman who was originally taking my order, to then the impatient man who just wanted to get my order in quick and hang up.
My order consisted of the mu shu chicken combo, with an egg roll (which didn’t cost enough for delivery according to the impatient one), and an order of moo goo gai pan. I made sure to double check and say that I’d like an egg roll.
I told him that I was in an apartment building, gave him the code for the building, and even gave him directions on how to go downstairs to get to the apartment.
45 minutes later I get a phone call with someone yelling at me-​I had to ask them to slow down (I’m 31 years old with great hearing btw) They TOLD me to come downstairs in five minutes when he got there. This left me somewhat perplexed as I thought I’d ordered DELIVERY? Anyway, I went downstairs after four minutes and continued to wait an additional five minutes for him.
He got out of his car while talking on his cell phone with the speaker on. He then asked me if I had a pen to sign for it. I had to laugh-​where exactly was I going to pull that from… the bushes? Since I had been told to go outside, was I supposed to bring his pen too? He really should have TOLD me to bring a pen on his rude phone call prior to.
The best part of our visit was when he asked if I wanted to leave a tip. while still talking on his speaker phone. I of course said no thank you. I felt like I was the one that needed the tip at that point.
It didn’t get any better once I went inside. The mu shu CHICKEN had barely any CHICKEN. it was all shredded cabbage! Good thing I was forced to order more food because the moo goo gai pan (which looked more like soup) replenished my need of protein. There was NO EGG ROLL after I double checked to make sure there would be one. The mu shu chicken was supposed to come with soft shell style wraps and. wait for it. none! Shocker, I know.
I have yet to open the fortune cookie, but fingers crossed!

Excellent quality food, the best Chinese takeout in the area. I emphasize the word takeout, because the restaurant its self is pretty bare bones (the only reason I give it four stars). There is hardly anywhere to sit. I have had fairly neutral interactions with the employees.
One benefit is you can walk in, order and walk next door to Hobby Lobby to entertain yourself for a few minutes while they make your order.

if I’m being honest I have to say that it was okay… I’m from New England and it’s really hard to find a Chinese restaurant that can compare to the Chinese food up north… some of this food is edible and some of that I can’t even attempt to smell it so therefore it is OK.

This is the best Chinese take out I’ve found. Always fresh always fast. Delivery is fast, I usually get my food delivered within 20 minutes. Granted I live 5 minutes away. Delicious

Prompt delivery and quality food for the price. Their food tastes like it’s been freshly made and they’ve never disappointed me during the several times I’ve ordered. It’s my go to place for Chinese food and it’s truly the best in Lake County, and possibly even central Florida.

This Chinese restaurant has great food however the woman at the counter has terrible attitude and every single time I have been there has given me an issue to complain about weather its messing up the order itself then telling me she would fix it next time but not wanting to fix next time… Horrible horrible horrible customer service… This time it has gone too far she did not tell us when our food was ready until it had been sitting on the counter 10 minutes when are there was maybe five pieces of beef and 15 pieces of broccoli and not to mention she forgot the sweet and sour sauce for are stale cold chicken! Sooooo done with this place!
