There are only a few places I eat at and Jersey Mike’s is at the top of that list. Every time I come in, I am greeted with a genuine smile. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great music, clean store, friendly atmosphere, amazing food, and fresh people. I never fail to see the employees going out of their way to make sure that everyone is satisfied. I can guarantee that they will see me back in this store again and again.

Delicious sandwiches. Friendly helpful staff… However, they are quite lazy when it comes to keeping the place clean. The last two times I have been in there the trash cans are literally overflowing both inside and outside on the patio. Outside was the worst where it was piled up on the ground next to the can. Inside in the prep area there was food all over the floor it was quite disgusting to see this and I will not be returning till the management gets on the ball with their employees to do what I am sure is expected of them.

Quick stop at Jersey Mikes. First time eating at this franchise sub shop. It was an enjoyable experience. The staff were very attentive and on point. They offered options for how the sub could be prepared. I was afraid I would be told «No sub for you, 5 years» for studying the menu. Lucky for me the local Jersey Mikes is in Mount Dora and not Jersey City. I had a regular Chipolte Steak Sub which was very tasty. It wasn’t the best I have had but satisfied my hunger. The manager took the time to make sure my experience exceeded my expectations. Well done.

Sandwiches are amazing. Love the Philly, Italian and The club sub are all awesome. Cassidy and Marie are really personable and friendly. They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. 5 star food and service.

If I want a Sub, this is the place I go! The Big Cahuna is the BEST Steak n Cheese sub ever. If you order a Giant, you have two large meals. I also love the Club Supreme. They have a great app that lets you pre order and it tells you how many minutes it will be before your food is ready for pick up. I have used the app many times and it saves a lot of time instead of waiting in line. This is great because they are always busy.

Awesome Subs and Awesome friendly staff.
People Don’t get intimidated by the price of the Giant subs they are worth every penny enough for two to split. Fresh bread and the deli meat doesn’t get fresher then watching them cut it in front of you!

I usually don’t leave Unilocal reviews for chain restaurants, but I just have to give some love to my local Jersey Mike’s. I have been coming in every couple of weeks since it opened. I love the subs, I usually am not a fan of deli meat but it tastes so fresh here. Also the red pepper relish is awesome!
My favorite part, and the reason I keep coming back, is the staff — they have always been so genuinely nice to me. I always leave with a smile on my face!

The produce on my sub was bad. The lettuce was just starting to turn brown at the edges but the tomatoes were definitively rotten. Thankfully I inspect my food well before eating it. The staff was incredibly nice about the situation, hence the second star, offered to remake it and even gave me coupons for free subs… But why would I ever want to eat somewhere that uses spoiled ingredients? Thanks but no thanks. Health code violation much?

Just opened this past weekend. Crowds are heavy but will slack off as time goes on. Food was very fresh and service was prompt and friendly. The only thing that was a bit strange was that I ordered a chicken parm. and the person behind the counter said that Jersey Mike’s chicken parm. was not very good. What’s with that? I really wanted a GOOD chicken parm. sub. Why would they have something on their menu that they could not recommend? Oh well, I had a meatball sub and it was just fine. BUT, I really wanted. .. ., you know.
