Was lied to about refinancing my car. Just to get my business? Idk. Was told I could call the bank (as in that bank specifically which is not true because the phone number is non existent) and pay my note with no charge and no hassle. Well I just got off the phone (some 800 number) with some rude, robot of a woman giving me nothing but problems and telling me I will have to pay 10 dollars just to pay my note? I’m very unhappy with this blatant lie and crap service. I thought I had finally found a place to keep my money safe and my mind at ease and I now can’t even trust these people with telling me the truth. I guess your company believes in doing and saying whatever to make the sale. I’m very disappointed that lying seems to be condoned and no apologies from that impersonal woman on the phone. I will be visiting the actual location and will update this review based on how that visit goes. (Hopefully good)
