I’m just so over this location… I go here because I don’t want to deal with the traffic at Green Hills, but I’m just going to start going there. Every single time I’m in this location, they have maybe 50% of what I go there for. It’s not that they don’t carry it, it’s that their shelves are constantly understocked.
I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted when I walk in, or asked if I need help finding anything. I did receive okay customer service, but it was outshined by the fact that they didn’t have what I went there for… again.
Just go to Green Hills or Cool Springs for Sephora. WAY better customer service and WAY better stocked.

Shopped here on a Friday night before Mother’s Day, older black female employee was rude, condescending in her tone and slammed the bottom Bare Essentials supply drawers telling me the color I needed had been dropped! My husband and I wondered what dropped meant and she couldn’t be clear, so I said to her does that mean it’s discontinued, and she went on to say again dropped with an attitude! I went ahead and told her I did not like her attitude and that she was RUDE, all she said was «well I’m sorry» in a very sarcastic tone. I will not visit this location again! Not only was she unhelpful to me but also to an older woman that was also looking for bare essentials products before me. This is not the right job for her!
