Starbucks

The experience you have at this Starbucks really depends on what time of the day you go. There are typically teenagers working there later in the afternoon and at night, some who are great, but others who apathetically take over 10 minutes to make your coffee while talking. My coffee usually tastes better and is made quicker when I go here in the morning or early afternoon.
Despite these few lesser quality experiences, it’s hard to complain when you’ve got a cup of Starbucks in your hand. :)

The coffee is in a hotpot (large thermos) so it is not as hot or as fresh as a stand alone Starbucks. The staff is nice but not as geared up as a stand alone sbux. They did take my reward, saw that was a previous complaint. The lattes, etc are typical Starbucks. My problem is related to the Coffee prep and delivery system. I see they are getting ready to construct a stand alone Starbucks on an area adjacent to Providence so until then this is as good as it gets on this side of I 40.

The woman working there was very nice! I got my sandwich fast! It wasn’t busy at all so I recommend coming here in the morning! I got there a little after 8am. Though, there wasn’t much of a selection to chose from.

System was down, not much options, wanted Danish, said there was none. Employes by target employees and manager that is very clumsy and doesn’t care about anything. Customers had to take up and order what was left, not in mood to confront anyone there. Very lousy example to other Starbucks with no reputation.

System was down today which was beyond their control but they offered around 13 of us a free cup of coffee for our troubles. Some stores would have just shut down. I thought it was great customer service and you could tell that they had some meaner consumers beforehand. I give them major props. Love Starbucks, as a company anyway but loved the coffee even more when it’s free.

I hate to be the one to criticize a Starbucks. I love Starbucks. I know its probably cooler now to NOT like Starbucks, but it made me the coffee drinker I am today so that would be unfair.
Maybe it’s just something about the Starbucks tucked away inside a Target, but the fact that they don’t take the Starbucks rewards (which is to say they will give you points for the drinks, but they won’t redeem any of the rewards) was disappointing, and the fact that both my drink and my better halves drink were both so bland.
Still the staff was friendly, and I suppose if a fuss had been made they would have delivered on the drinks. I would say this is a Caveat Emptor Starbucks if ever there was.

Slow service. Inconvenient. Nowhere near the quality of a stand alone store.

This is a Starbucks franchise operated inside the Target store by Target employees. This is the second time I’ve been there and experienced watered down coffee — they are definitely diluting the coffee and ought to lose their license.
