My first time in an actual New England Ben & Jerry’s. I like the fact that it’s an actual shack… in the middle of upstate New York… the ice cream was as expected. Speculoos flavor was pretty good, tasted just like Speculoos cookie butter at Trader Joe’s.

WOW, hadn’t been to this spot in a few months — guess they got the memo from corporate to cutdown portions. Paid $ 6.30 for two, single scoops… about 3 – 4 oz each! SeeYaLater Ben, SoSoLong Jerry, heading back to Ridgefield CT for Deborah Ann’s…more authentic, better quality, better value. (wondering if this Mt Kisco location is company owned or a franchise… it does matter a bit as I do hold the brand in higher regard,)

Love the ice cream but when my little girl needed to use the bathroom they wouldn’t let her. I understand some places don’t have ‘public’ bathrooms but when a small child needs to go, you should make an exemption.

Friendly staff at this location. I wish I lived closer but I guess it’s a good thing I don’t or I’d get an ice cream cone way too often! :)
